Siam park is definitely worth a visit in the off seasons. I went in beginning of October and though it was busy the max time I was queuing for a ride was 25 mins. The rides are excellent and if you have little ones there are plenty to do. I also went with my elderly nan and there was lots of shading error for her to read and a beach area with a wave pool to also relax. Brilliant day out just a shame you waste half of it queuing

Maar dito rijen en als je geen fast pas heb mag je blij zijn dat je 3 glijbanen kan doen.
Tel daarbij op dat alles met een fastpas ook direct voorrang heeft maakt dit park zonder fastpass een bezoek niet waardt

Fantastik vandland med virkelig mange og sjove rutchebaner - særligt til større børn og voksne.

Flotte og pæne områder. Vi var der fredag i efterårsferien, og det var helt perfekt ift. køtid. Eneste minus var manglende omklædnings- og badefaciliteter. Der kan lejes skabe til opbevaring af tasker, og man må godt have mad og drikkevarer med ind

Bizar lange wachttijden. 2 rijen om binnen te komen en dan eentje binnen voor de lockers. De dag was al half voorbij voordat we water konden aanraken. En dan beginnen de rijen bij de glijbanen pas. In laagseizoen zou dit wellicht een leuk dagje uit kunnen zijn. Maar ons bezoek was in oktober, bestaat het laagseizoen nog wel? Blijf hier weg als je niet bereid bent vele wachtrijen te trotseren.

Park zelf was erg mooi, erg mooi aangelegd met genoeg schaduw en genoeg kids attracties. Echter zijn wij vandaag (11-10-23) geweest en het was een drama. Zo ontzettend druk en heel lang wachten. Ik vind het echt niet erg om op mijn beurt te wachten en als mensen een voorrang pas hebben (kun je aanschaffen) ook geen problemen mee, maar na MINIMAAL een uur wachten voor een glijbaan raakt mijn geduld echter wel op. Hier was de pret voor ons er ook wel echt van af, en het is buiten schoolvakanties/ hoogseizoen om. Je moet hier wel echt een fast pass hebben maar als heel veel mensen die hebben, zoals vandaag, sta je alsnog in de rij. Jammer dat het zo druk was en dat je echt ontzettend lang voor een glijbaan moest wachten! Zou hier wel 2x over na denken om heen te gaan.

Don’t pay for fast pass with a 6 year old!! I asked if he was tall enough to get on the rides before buying them and was told yes ! We get to the rides and he doesn’t meet height requirements! Absolute scam and when I asked staff why we were sold them she just shrugged her shoulders!!

Generally very good, though I would say we went in late September so the off season, and it was still pretty busy, I’d hate to see it in peak season.
Fast passes are an absolute must, otherwise you’ll be queuing 40 mins for the rides.
Rides were a lot of fun, though the Dragon ride was closed the day we went and the wave pool was closed for most of the day. Staff were mixed, some very unenthusiastic as other reviews have mentioned but others were great.
Would recommend you hire or get some shoes you can wear on the slides: floor is rough to be bare foot all day.
Big advice for any staff reading this would be better park signage: it was not easy finding our way around, more and clearer signs would make a lot of difference.

DONT GOOOO!!!! visited in August with 3 kids under 6. Arrived just after 10, struggled to park and not enough parking space, got in through entrance straight away as we had online tickets, but then the queue to find a locker was massive! searched 45 min for a locker, nowhere to be found one, we gave up and went to the Lost city which was dedicated for the kids. Nowhere to sit down and put your towels, had to wear my phone in my swimsuit at all times, No shade for the 2 years old one, water was freezing cold, one of my child cut his arm on the white big slide, the lady overseeing the slide did nothing about it. The lost city area and overall the parc was extremely overcrowded, youth people walking and spitting on the ground where other people walked in bear feet. So overcrowded that other children were running around and pushing the slower kids out of the way, again the staff on duty weren't doing anything about it, although 2 of my kids went down a slide together and she was very quick to whistle them! Absolutely disgusting!! the kids got all so upset, it was absolutely chaotic, we decided to leave immediately and complained on the way out about how busy it was and my son cutting his arm on the slide. Got fobbed off and got told he just scratched it on the non slip flooring of the pool! nonsense as the cut was in straight line. Wrote them a complain to both email addressees, took 1 month for them to reply, NO sign of refund!!!I will keep emailing them until they refund me and also reported them to Spanish authorities!! You don't see anything like this in UK, its UNSAFE!!! NO1 park? Your are the worst park on earth and should be closed with immediate effect before someone else gets hurt!!

I will echo those before me and say it’s EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING especially for the KIDS , OVERCROWDED it is actually a joke! Not good for the family unless you just want to queue all day! You can see they will try and milk it from when it was number 1 and the park itself is nice but it doesn’t work if you overcrowd it and rip people off (fast pass er just no) I think everyone should know before they waste time or money on this “ATTRACTION” read the reviews more 1 star than 5 star . VERY DODGY

An extraordinary day. Especially for the kids (we have twins 6 1/2 years old).
How come ?We planned a bit ahead.
Specifically : we arrived in the parking ( rented car ) at 09:30 , we take the queue and in about 20 minutes get in ( we bought the tickets on site - combined with Loro ) . After get in , go streight forward to The Wave Palace ( the one with big waves ) for sunbeds . Here you can also find lockers and fast pass . After we got the sunbeds we bought the fast pass ( you don't need locker , we left all our stuff at the sunbeds - quite safe ) and afterwards we walked to the Mai Thai River there is no queue at all in the morning and it's very close to the pool - be careful for the this atraction to keep left after the waterfall , to get the slide under the aquarium . You must have water shoes ( the distances between attractions are appreciable and the asphalt in summer is quite hot ( especially for children ) .Fast pass is a must , I know is expensive but it is worth it . We take the afternoon session .So after the Mai Thai River we stayed at Wave Palace or The Lost City perfect especially for children up to 7-8 years ) Food : some snacks and fruits from home , and we took there the lunch . It is not very expensive and it is quite varied.
After lunch, in about 2 hours we enjoyed the last pass and did all the attractions together with the kids.

Dont go there,overcrowded, two hours to find lockers, if you want to go to slides, you need to wait about 1 hour, they sell way too much tickets. Dont waste your time and money.

Very disappointed, we went here last year at the same time in August, paid for fast pass last year we got all day to go on rides , we paid for fast pass this year and they have started doing a morning and afternoon slot which you only get 4 hours to go on the rides , we only managed to get 4 main rides in that time 😡 , think it’s disgusting and a rip off , they let far to many people in on fast pass it’s definitely not worth it , I wouldn’t waste your money

We always visit Siam Park every year in Tenerife. Always expect large waiting lines,,,, approx 45 mins per slide. We decided to do siam night, What a Disappointment... Absolutely OVER RATED. We managed 3 slides in 4 hours. €45 each person. They tell you floats light up, aswell as the park. A few strip lights. My daughter came off 1 of the floats and can't swim, she was struggling underwater. The so called life guard STOOD there. NO HELP.... Lots of slides closed. We decided to check out the beach, there was a 5 foot Dj table with 2 small speakers. We heard better reviews of aqualand....AVOID THIS PARK

Es gibt viel zu wenige Sitzplätze für viel zu viele Menschen. 50 Minuten anstehen für eine Rutsche ohne Fastpass ist keine Ausnahme.
Der Tag war leider eine Enttäuschung.

Our family of five paid a lot of money to visit the park in august on our holidays and found the park to be way too busy and over subscribe. Grown adults were shouting and fighting, openly drinking and smoking even though its a non smoking park. Not a vey family atmosphere. The kids managed only two rides due to endless lines of visitors. We have put forward a formal complaint to the park owners and requested a full refund, which apparently is guaranteed on their booking site. We have not yet heard anything.

Further to my last post Siam Park have now replied to say that they do not offer any refunds. Shameful.

Visited the park in august with two kids and I am very disappointed. We arrived at 10:30AM at the park(open at 10AM), left at 17:40 and we managed to go only to 5 rides. The waiting time for each ride is between 1 hour and 1:20 minutes. We had only 40 min break for lunch. Spend the day waiting on queues. I don’t think is fun waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes for only 30-40 seconds fun on the ride.
Another negatives:
no enough boards with directions(very confusing)
no rings for the slides(tourists were fighting over them)
the park sells more tickets that the capacity of the park
staff are quite rude and speak only on Spanish. Have to ask to translate on English otherwise won’t know what they are saying
The price of the food is overpriced which is normal for the attractions. I bought a burgers (€5.75 each) and ask the staff for ketchup - they asked me to pay €0.50 per sachet.
Overall I won’t recommended. Book another attraction so you can have a valuable time with family instead spend it queuing

AVOID! What a joke, ques for everything 1hr+ long. Even getting here early was pointless. There’s little to no signage for anything so you walk for ages to get to nothing.
There’s almost no staff presence so in an emergency it would be a disaster. There must be 500,000+ people here. We managed to get on one slide and the lazy river but even those we waited 1hr+ for.
Absolutely not worth its reputation. Seems the only thing they care for is cramming people in for the £££.

I knew this place would be busy but today was a joke. Minimum hour queues for slides fast passes didn’t look that much different. Food over priced to be expected though. Lockers and sun lounges fill up instantly. Over all bad experience for me, don’t know what all the hype is about. Wouldn’t revisit the place. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

We gingen met de auto, 11:00, zijn rechtsomkeert gegaan. Zo’n lange rij stond er….. Als je echt voor aan de rij wil staan moet je er om kwart voor negen staan, of eerder. Wij zijn om 13:30 met de taxi gegaan, €10,- voor de deur afgezet. We hadden al tickets, en bij de deur fast-tickets erbij besteld, €28,- pp. Maar was het dubbel en dwars waard. Hebben ondanks de enorme drukte alle attracties gehad…. Maar echt blij dat we de lange wachtrijen hebben kunnen skippen met de fast-pas. Dus wanneer je gaat!!! Ga dan goed!!!
