We gingen met de auto, 11:00, zijn rechtsomkeert gegaan. Zo’n lange rij stond er….. Als je echt voor aan de rij wil staan moet je er om kwart voor negen staan, of eerder. Wij zijn om 13:30 met de taxi gegaan, €10,- voor de deur afgezet. We hadden al tickets, en bij de deur fast-tickets erbij besteld, €28,- pp. Maar was het dubbel en dwars waard. Hebben ondanks de enorme drukte alle attracties gehad…. Maar echt blij dat we de lange wachtrijen hebben kunnen skippen met de fast-pas. Dus wanneer je gaat!!! Ga dan goed!!!

Extremely poorly organised, awful customer service from Yinara and Roberta in the locker room. You’re promised fast passes then they say they’re sold out. Wasted an hr at 3 different queues and the. Was accused of lying! Great water park rubbish staff, they need some customer service training

Paid admission and for fast passes and when we got in 4 of the rides where closed, complete waist of money I actually feel scammed

Awfull!!!Absolute disgrace how many people they pack in this place but it’s a joke,only money making not for people fan!
Queing is at leat 1 hour for the least popular ride.It’s my second time and exactly the same experience 🤮

Long read but please bare with me.

How this place has been voted number 1 in the world is beyond me when you have the likes of Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach in the USA.

For a family of 5 for premium tickets to access the park, have a locker, towel and lunch you're looking at £260. The experience however is anything but premium.

We got to the park having pre paid for the so called premium day ticket to be met by a huge que which took half and hour to get in through pushing and shoving. Once in, your then directed through a bottle neck to have your photo taken and then rounded up like cattle to que for a locker (remember this was pre paid) the que for the locker was over an hour long and I found it amusing that a staff member was walking the que with locker keys for €17 to beat the que. So, after an hour of quing, we got 3 places away from the front to be told 'no more lockers, follow me'. Great!, we were then frogmarched 500 meters with the other cattle all pushing in to another locker room. I get to the front and was told that I had to pay a deposit of €60 for the towel and locker rental. We're now into €363 for a 'fun day out 👍🏼'

So after 2 hours of 'lockergate' and being bled dry, it was time to try and enjoy the day.

First was the lazy River "named after the staff clearly" who proceeded to shout at me to put my 2 man dinghy back at the end when I'd already done so, when I explained I'd already done so, the lady just kept shouting that I need to put it back and was pointing at another dinghy. After being hounded by the Spanish armada we decided to try a family rapid ride. This consisted of standing in a que for well over an hour while the 'fast pass ticket holders' ran past to jump the que (yes for the added price of €29 each, you too can be a self declared impatient bellend and skip the que, I mean why wouldn't you, you're so important after all).

At least there's things to do while queuing right? No, guess again, there's bugger all to do except look at the nice scenery right? No, again, because there is zero dress code you're stuck looking at some sweaty fat heffers butt cheaks because they want to wear a thong bikini and we now have to embrace everyone incase they're a snowflake and want to cry in the corner.

3 hours in to Siam Park and we've done 1 ride and the lazy River, time for lunch then. Again, wish I hadn't bothered. We decided on hot dogs as they looked a decent length and girth (ohh er). Unfortunately the buns were dryer than ghandi's flip flops, at least the drinks were there to break down the Sahara buns.

The rest of the afternoon consisted of more queuing, more self elected "fast pass W⚓' s" and rear ends that resembled zeppelins.

The whole day from 10-6 (8 hours) we managed 4 rides. 4 sodding rides. By this time I just wanted to go home, so I took the towels and locker key back and was told that although I'd payed the deposit by card, the deposit would be payed back by cash? Presumably so that they didn't have to pay the exchange rate.

Not the best experience in my opinion, I'm sure other people have had a great time, but I certainly didn't. Daylight robbery is what this place is, with dismal staff. If you've got this far, I hope it saves you the money, put it towards something better like Chinese waterboard toture, having you're fingernails pulled out with pliars, or listening to the full back catalogue of one direction, trust me it'll be more fun.

Booked VIP House prior to travel €915 accommodates 6 … excellent value for money, completely private house, with seperate bathroom, Safe, TV, Towels, Sunbeds & jacuzzi on the decking ideal for the children
The price included all inclusive food & drink for the day & fast passes for the rides always book this when visiting Siam Park & never disappointed

Absolutely horrendous how busy it was.. paid 90 euros for prioty tickets wasn't worth it at all.. managed to get on one slide.. waiting times for the slides Absolutely madness fast track sold out within seconds.. 150 euros went down the drain basically was told it included locker and it didn't felt so let down never again

Disgusting dirty and overcrowded dump….. Not worth £4 a ticket let alone £40.

We came at 10 o clock, everything was fine. But when we came to the lockers there was a problem with card payments. We waited there for 1,5 hour and eventually a worker there said that we needed to go to another locker place so we did. Waited there to for 1 hour also. So we lost 2,5 hours of swimming and having fun my day was already fuckt up. Next problem, we payd a deposit of 30 euros which they said we would get back at the end of the day for bringing back our towels and the locker key. When we did they only gave us 10 euros back nothing more. This shithouse needs to shut down really dont recommend this place. And its way to crowded almost no place to sit and long waiting for the rides.

Awful, unacceptably dangerous busy, no lockers, rude and unhelpful staff, waste of money. Could not say worse things about this park. I visited this park a few years ago and it was great reasonable amount of people, it has turned into a complete money pit they only care about numbers. Accident waiting to happen, lock your children to your arm. Gave up finding lockers and left at 12.30 after arriving at 10.30 and spending the whole time trying to find a locker. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

This water park is good. We went 5 years ago. Not in the league of the Disney parks though for us. If you buy tickets in advance and cannot go, they refuse to refund no matter what the reason - food poisoning, injury, bereavements or in our case menstrual issues even though we tried to cancel the previous day. It seems like combo tickets are 10% discounted in the hope you won’t be able to go the second time and they take your money for nothing. Loro Parque is very good in the morning but so busy from about 12 we had to leave as it was like a football match.

This isn’t even over exaggerating/ the food is horrendous - how are they allowed to serve a burger and chips like that - to make it worse €20 -

So overrated! Not worth the money.
40 euros per person, open late and close early, overcrowded, long queues.

The park offered a free bus, it advised that the first bus left at 09:30 from just along from our hotel, it arrived at 09:55, the buss filled quickly and left many waiting on another bus, it then passed another two stops leaving all those customers waiting as well. Arrived at park, 1 member of staff shouting pre-booked that way and no tickets that way.. The no tickets queue was quicker than the pre-booked ticket line. Arrived at 10:10 and made it into the park at 10:50 waiting in line.. Once in got a locker which is €10 and they give you €5 back when you hand the key back.. By time we got in there was no fast pass tickets available, we tried again on the Monday and same thing no fast pass tickets available.. Once in the park the slides are amazing and I must admit the waiting goes by fairly quickly for the rides, however my annoyance is the amount of people that go up the fast pass line with out the fast pass wrist band and the staff were allowing them on to the ride.. No one was checking that anyone had a fast pass, so that was extremely annoying.. Food and drinks are reasonably priced and I would highly recommend getting the water shoes as these were great, we bought them prior to going so were cheaper than the park.. Closing times seem to vary on Friday it was 18:00 and Monday was 17:00, the buses back to the resorts become very quickly full as well..

Very nice rides would give 5 stars for a rides and beautiful beach, but some staff especially two girls close the toilets are very rude with customers looks like they shouldn't work with peapols at all. Another problem that all water park is overcrowded, you have to whait about half an hour for one ride. Some places smells not good and should be cleaned properly.

Af te raden hier heen te gaan als je niet van 1uur+ in de rij staan houdt per glijbaan. Echt drama, erger dan attractie parken.
Ze hebben ook fast passes, waar die mensen dus letterlijk 10x kunnen glijden voordat jij 1x aan de beurt bent.

Waiting time for a 5 second ride is more tgen 60 minutes, Locker stuff thinks that they are Queens of Tenerife. Rude, expensive and just disgusting . It was the worst day in Tenarife

Worst place in Tenerife. Over crowded. Staff are rude. Very expensive. We had to pay for the fast pass and we take all the ride just one time. We had to wait so much time for each ride, although we had a fast pass. The map in the park is very bad and very difficult to find out the rides. The staff are not willing to help. Lockers was miserable. Too much people.
Don't waste your money and time to go there

Had an amazing time! I took my family and we had a great time, tickets are a little bit too high, but other than that, it is worth it if you're looking to have an awesome day out!
