Worked with Simply to extend my kitchen and replace an old garden wall. Quality of the work was high and Simply's expense tracking system helped keep track of what was going on.

Currently in the process of making a claim against the warranty and will update with my experience.

This was the Loft Conversion experience we had hoped for. Simply made the design process incredibly easy and then paired us with a superb team of Builders. Management of expectations, control of costs, quality of build and respect for their surroundings. Not things that are traditionally associated with Building Projects but all part of the experience here. We are thrilled with the result and would highly recommend Simply Lofts.

We were very happy the service simply offered. From the customer service to the overall finish of the job. The team and workmen were friendly, amenable and professional. We would highly recommend simply for any loft conversion.

The work was done quickly and with the minimum of disruption to us, to a good standard and at a reasonable price. Albano and his fellow workers were helpful and friendly.

I called simply loft who had done my loft conversion six years ago because I had developed a slow leak in loft conversion ensuit shower which is also above my daughters bedroom, I called holly from simply customer services and asked them if it was possible too action my 10 year warranty on all workmanship they offer on completion of work . They asked me too send copy of warranty after this was validated it was quickly approved and a contractor was around on the following week too fix and make good again, I’m proud too say simply loft definitely lived up too there 10 year workmanship guarantee thanks again too the simply team Sergio , and surge great job guys , I would again still recommend simply for your loft conversion if only for the 10 year warranty which is amazing service.

Professional, incredibly hard working and great at communicating/dealing with any queries, they were also wonderful with my daughter who is delighted with her new bedroom.

We recently used simply for our loft conversion. They were brilliant! They chased anyone that needed to be chased although the project had its delays (not the simplys or the companies fault) they chased them when needed.
They often called to check all was okay and visited as well to ensure the project was going smoothly would recommend them

I used Simply loft to carry out a Loft conversion, it was always going to be a slightly tricky one as not the hugest amount of space and i also wanted a small bathroom, along with the fact it was in a conservation area. Simply providing drawings to allow this to happen and even extended the dormers a little further to create more space. We were assigned a contractor who was very good to work with and great communication. The whole process went smoothly and was easy to track the progress and costs via the simply dashboard. In the end i was left with a great conversion and bathroom that i am very much happy with. Highly recommend Simply to anyone who is thinking of a Loft Conversion ;)

We wanted to do a loft extension project and we reached out to simply. Cem was the surveyor we dealt with at the start and he was very helpful. The design phase went very smoothly. We had a very tight schedule to start the work and thankfully Albi at Albes Construction was very flexible with regards to the start time. We engaged Simply for a loft conversion. From start to end we received excellent service and attention. The initial scoping brought some ideas and possibilities we had not considered, which improved the plan. The actual build team were excellent too - engaged, collaborative, practical. They also made suggestions along the way which demonstrated their experience and skills, which we really appreciated. The project manager was responsive and communicative. It was a really positive experience which has delivered a space, I think, better than we had hoped.

We approached a number of companies to construct a piggy back loft extension to our Victorian villa. We chose Simply as they impressed us with their prompt response, their well thought out proposal and their online admin portal which everyone involved could access and keep abreast of the project. Their mid-range price was fair and reasonable.

When it came to the build which comprised a bedroom, bathroom, office space and storage. Envi and his team were excellent. Extremely hard working, polite and efficient. We appreciated their practical solutions to day to day issues, the sequence of works and building regulations. We also very much appreciated their helpful suggestions regarding layout and positioning of certain fixtures which resulted in an improved end result.

We hired Simply to do a loft conversion. They really equip you with everything you need throughout a well defined process. The dashboard system is excellent and easy to use. We were very fortunate to have some excellent builders; Florjan Lulashi and team were really superb: professional, proactive, supportive, timely, and courteous. Florjan went out of his way to help us at every critical step with key decisions as well as additional things to consider as we progressed. We'd heard horror stories around building works but we had the opposite experience overall.
