Massive shout to Florjan and his brother Freddie, who built us a splendid roomy extension to our recently purchased terraced house on Rostella Road in Tooting.
Florjans team were polite, on time, and above all efficient.
We also added a bunch of extras outside the contract with Simplyloft, being a brand new Skylight, Wooden Flooring, and Spacious storage space underneath the eaves.

All extras were costed with the client before any go ahead, so there wasn`t any surprises on the financial front. All around great job by Florjan and his team of builders who didn`t miss a beat on the timelines in progressing the build to its completion.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Florjan and his team to anyone who wants a loft extension done.

We've recently completed a loft conversion and we couldn't be happier. We decided to contract with Simply Loft after getting competitive bids from three companies. They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive, but we felt from the beginning that they were competent and well organised. They set up an online portal to keep documents and track progress which was very helpful. They organise the architect (for drawings/planning permission), a structural engineer and the construction team who do everything else. We feel very fortunate in the construction team that we were assigned, as we knew from the very first meeting that we were in good hands. It's not easy to have people coming to your home nearly every day for several months, but this team was so respectful and considerate of the fact that we lived in our home from beginning to end. The communication with the team was excellent - we consulted as needed on decision points in the project, and we always felt that they understood our priorities, and presented great ideas when we were out of our depth. They never lost sight of what they needed to do to ensure we would have no issues with Building Control. They also never lost sight of the fact that we would have a ten year warranty, so they constructed things in a way that made us feel comfortable that we shouldn't have to call them back to fix things. The attention to detail was impressive, and it shows in the end result. It genuinely felt like the outcome mattered as much to them as it did to us. We are absolutely delighted with our new space, and recommend Simply and our contruction team without reservation.

We were very lucky to work with Armando Metaj. This was the first project of this type that we have done and Armando and his team were really a pleasure to work with. When they finished we genuinely missed having them around. They were considerate of our young family and the communication was good, we had a chat going on Whatsapp too which was helpful. I had a tonne of questions all the way through and we were always able to go through them and was happy with the outcome.

In terms of the project it was a loft and side return, the quality seems to be good so far - hope not to have to use the Simply warranty. We had relatively little snagging and we were able to keep to budget.

Albes construction have created the most wonderful loft extension on our Victorian terraced house. We are delighted with the quality of work Nick and Albi alongside their team were able to achieve. They communicated clearly with us throughout the build process and were accommodating of our specific requests throughout the project. We would highly recommend their building services.

We were looking for a national loft builder with a great reputation, and so we found Simply Loft. We booked the Engineer to assess, view, and price the conversion which was easy enough and all our concerns were answered. Soon enough, the deposit was paid and Simply assigned the Architect, Surveyor, and the construction team that was run by Elvis. From start to finish, the Simply online dashboard was brilliant and very easy to use. Everything in one place including any variation orders. The builders were very professional and respectful throughout the build and I would highly recommend them. We are very pleased with our new loft conversion and would highly recommend Simply Loft as a complete turnkey loft company.

We have just completed a loft conversion and extension to gain an extra bedroom, shower room and office. This involved lowering the ceilings on the first floor. The project went very smoothly, was kept to time and to budget and we are totally delighted with the results.

We had a great experience of working with Simply from the initial visit through to completion. We were able to make a number of bespoke design choices which made a real difference. We were concerned about disruption as we have a toddler and pets but they were largely unaffected by the whole process. Everything was very professional, we would recommend.

Having our loft done was a project we had been planning for years before we finally decided to action on in 2022. After hearing horror stories about issues with builders, we decided that we could only work with a proper loft company. We chose Simply Loft after taking quotes from several other companies. The person Simply Loft sent to do the initial review was Lewis and he spent time with us to chat through what we wanted out of the loft and gave us some valuable advice on the layout. We had many questions, all of which he took time to answer in the weeks following the initial meeting.

We had issues with the first architect but Simply quickly took over and rectified the situation by sending another architect who was brilliant although this did delay our start date by a couple of months. However, when the work commenced, the majority of the day-to-day communication was with our sub-contractor team and we didn’t need to liaise with the in house team at Simply although the customer service team was always good at ringing to check on progress from time to time.

The work the sub-contractor team carried out was of a high standard; the team of builders, plumbers, electricians, roofers, plasterer, painter, tiler and carpenter were all courteous, on time and worked really hard. Having building works of this scale happening while we were living on site was stressful but everyone we met were considerate and kept the mess to a minimum and always tidied up at the end of the day.

Towards the end of the project, there were some hiccups with the sub-contractor and Simply took over. The customer service team Lorraine and Holly were extremely helpful, supportive and reassuring. They organised various different teams, both internal and external, to tackle the various different issues on the snagging list. We are so glad we picked Simply and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Very well organised and loft was built on time. We had a bit of delay with getting the planning through, but in the end it all worked out fine and we're really happy with an amazing loft space we now have. Very accommodating for any requirements we had.

Anyone will tell you that building work is a nightmare, ours was anything but! We loved our PM and everyone in his team were extremely professional and the quality of their work was exceptional. I am a details person and nothing was too much for them to do and the proof is evident in the completed project.
Of course there were some delays but they weren’t caused by our builders.

The building team provided by Simply were excellent from start to finish and provided an amazing level of quality and service. They worked with us on various problems that came up throughout the process, and resolved them quickly and carefully.

Very good company. Great communication, very good work in our loft conversion. Staff were hard working and diligent and completed to a high standard.

A brilliant experience from start to finish! We had heard horror stories from friends and neighbours about builds that had gone horribly wrong in the past, so we certainly weren't expecting the entire process to run as smoothly as it did with Simply Loft

Our project manager was on site pretty much every day of the build and constantly kept us up-to-date on progress. I was promptly informed of any deviations from the original plans and clearly briefed in advance of any additional unanticipated costs. The team of builders were conscientious and diligent workers and were very conscious of minimising noise and dust where possible (to the point of brushing themselves out of the house each evening when leaving).

The entire project was complete in the timeframe specified, and the snags were minimal. In short, I can’t fault Simply and the team of builders.

Due to the process being so smooth, we’re now looking to extend our kitchen!

We had a great experience with Simply with our loft extension. As always with construction there will be issues which present themselves, the sign of a good company is how those issues are dealt with. With Simply, we had a company who were both quick to respond and communicative.
This was our first renovation project and we've been super fortunate to have such great contractors working with us who were able to spot any potential issues and resolve them before they became a big deal as well as give us lots of guidance throughout.
The most important thing for us was the clear and quick communication throughout the process.
