We had a fantastic experience converting our loft with SIMPLY - Armando and his team were super professional and helped us with recommendations along the way. We honestly couldn't believe how quickly the removal of our old roof & then the build of the structure happened! Armando lead all the interactions with other supporting contractors and building control making it much less stressful for our family as the build progressed & kept us closely informed via the SIMPLY dashboard (which was a lifesaver as all documents saved here and easily accessible!). We would highly recommend using simply for any loft work and would definitely use them again for any future projects

We went to 5 loft companies and the quotes varied in price, simply were not the cheapest but very competitive, its important to realise that simply are not building your loft they sub contract a builder, we were lucky to get Christian Dochioiu and his team, the loft was finished to the highest possible standard within our budget, Christian gave 150% all the time, and made sure we were always happy, I am very happy and I hope to use Christian on my next project. Simply are lucky to have him. Would give him six stars if could!

We chose Simply Loft as our neighbour had gone for them and they looked like a solid choice. The sub-contractor they allocated to us did an excellent job. The loft conversion was done to a very high standard and we are pleased with the final result. We could probably have had a slightly cheaper loft conversion from someone else but the end result would have looked cheap. We are especially pleased with the stairs. They are barely distinguishable from the stairs from the ground floor to the first floor.

We are currently going through a loft conversion with Simply Lofts and we are a couple weeks away from completing the works.

Special shout out to Admir, Arnold and their team who have been doing a *simply* fantastic job. Starting every morning no later than 08:05 and working well into the late afternoon, making visible progress every day. The quality of work is exceptional and their attention to detail and care for out project is very much appreciated. When decision points arise, the team promptly get in touch to make sure our input is considered before moving forward. This is more than we could have expected (even if it's something we had doped for). We've also had feedback from our (sensible) neighbours who have recognised how quietly and tidy the team have been working!

We have recently had our loft converted by simply lofts. We had a number of issues with our build but despite the issues and challenges, I can honestly say, working with Holly and Lorraine to get the issues sorted have been very good indeed. Both Holly and Lorraine responded to my issues quickly and efficiently - really felt they took my issues and concerns on board and I could not ask for more.

We approached Simply in the Autumn 2021 in search of a builder who would undertake both a loft conversion and a kitchen/wc refurbishment on our ground floor. They started in March and completed the loft conversion in just 8 weeks as programmed.

From beginning to end the Simply Team were professional and friendly. Prior to being assigned our team, Lorraine (Customer Services Manager) and her colleagues were readily available to answer our questions, and after an initial meeting on site, a full cost breakdown was provided and we were able to see clearly what was included/excluded in the price. The project dashboard interface provides an easy way to keep track of payments and any variations.

Our project manager Ben and his team were fantastic. They were always on time, polite, enthusiastic and worked hard to deliver the scheme to our programme. Ben was available to meet us on site at short notice and talk through any questions/queries we had if and when they arose. They were quick to pick up any snagging once the bulk of the work was completed, and very clear that should any issues arise after the final payment then we just need to call.

We have been extremely happy with the quality of the end result, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Simply to others. Thank you Simply Team!

Simply checked up and helped us through the first stages. Once the green light was given Mark and his team took over and were professional, courteous and honest in his approach. He offered realistic suggestions and those out of experience on building, design and practical matters. He was on site everyday to check up and we would talk over progress to ensure it was how we wanted it. He ensured the work was done to his high standards.

As for timescales; the process started in May, building started in October, finished in Feb and internal work completed around March. Simple often checked up on progress making sure everything is ok.

We're very happy with the outcome.

We have recently had our loft converted by simply lofts. Simply made the whole process more straightforward than we were expecting, with timelines clearly laid out by the team and Lorraine on hand to answer queries efficiently. Once on site, our project manager, Leonis, and his team did a really great job - completing everything to a high standard and ahead of schedule. They were also accommodating of any changes we made and were clear in any additional costs. We are really pleased with the result!

The process between deciding to do the build and getting "boots on ground" was really straight forward and Lorraine and Phil at Simply were always around to answer Q's - the drawings were done really quickly which helped the overall timeline. Our project manager Otto and his team have done a great job on our loft conversion. The team were always punctual, courteous, and professional. As we had our plans drawn up by a separate company, it was very helpful that Otto and the team recommended a change in placement of the bathroom in order to allow us a much larger bathroom, and incorporate an office space at the top of the stairs. Wherever decisions were required on building materials we were consulted, which was appreciated. The team always strived to make the most of the space and provided the best options. We are amazed at the amount of space that has been created with two large double bedrooms, a bathroom, and office space. We were very impressed with how the team solved the issue of fitting in the staircase which flows elegantly up to the loft.

The build was completed to a high standard within the timeframe specified of 12 weeks. We then had a few minor items to be addressed for building control and the team made the necessary changes.

We are very happy with all the work completed by Simply, they have gone above and beyond our expectations.

We have just completed a loft conversion and are preparing to start a kitchen extension. We are not hesitating to use Simply again. We chose Simply because they were competitive, had good reviews and had a good team who gave us confidence. We have found Simply Loft to be experienced, professional and responsive. Lorraine in the customer service team is trustworthy and helpful and guided us through the construction process. Simply is a big company with lots of projects going on but there is still a feeling of care and attention for individual projects and families which we appreciate. The dashboard project management system is a helpful tool to provide clarity for the customer and contractor.

Simply were excellent. The lady who came to measure – Sam – was well-informed about what was possible and practical, and always responded quickly to questions.

The price was reasonable (in the middle of 3 quotes we received: not worrying cheap or needlessly expensive!)

The build went really well. Our project manager Ben managed all the sub-contractors seamlessly (and there are so many: scaffolding, plumbing, electrics, etc). And he always responded quickly and dealt with any issues as they arose.

Most of all, his team were a pleasure to have in our home: they were diligent, respectful, relaxed and always cleaned up. Building work is always a bit disruptive and lasts a few months, so this is really important. We're very happy and would recommend their work.

The team managed our project through from conception to delivery and we were throughly impressed with their work throughout going above and beyond to help manage all aspects of the build.

The team managed the project on all fronts enabling us to leave them to the delivery as we moved out of the house. They communicated effectively with us and received polite feedback from the neighbours on managing and minimising disruption.
