The Simply team have just completed a loft conversion in our home and we are so pleased with the finished result. The work has been finished to a very high standard and the attention to detail is excellent!
Everyone involved in the process, from initial consultation all the way through to the end of the build have been, not only professional, but also very attentive, and easy to work with. Im particularly pleased with the complete transparency in terms of payment, timelines and any snags that arose. The customer helpdesk have always been prompt in answering any queries I have had and have been extremely useful in making sure progress is going as it should.

Really impressed with Simply Loft after our loft conversion which started in Dec 2021. We got three quotes and Simply was the joint lowest – and the other builder didn't include architect drawings, so it was a no-brainer. Seamless process and a very transparent and easy-to-follow costing, quote and payment process that meant we were never in the dark about what was happening, or hit by any surprise costs. Also want to shout out Armando Metaj, the contractor, who was excellent. Highly recommend.

Everyone at Simply was very helpful with managing my project. They talk you through the process and then put you in touch with the architect and builder, and chase them up if needed. Greg and his team of builders were very straight forward and helpful. They were always happy to advise when I wasn't sure and always honest with timescales and any minor hi-cups that came along. Prior to our loft conversion we looked at multiple companies and received several quotes.
There was a lot of range with the quotes but simply came out very competitively. They also provided an itemised quote which helped. 
These factors meant that ultimately we decided to proceed with Simply Loft.
Duncan was project manager and Adam and his team were onsite.
Adam was happy to discuss any issues with us and also provided helpful advice on minor adjustments as the project proceeded. The rest of the team including Luke, Jordan, Steff, Calvin and Joe were professional and approachable. 
The loft conversion is now complete and we are settled into our new en suite bedroom enjoying the view.

I had simply loft carry out a loft conversion which included the planning and design and the physical job this was started in Oct 2020 and completed at the beginning of 2021, I was apprehensive because a previous builder who did a ground floor extension for us gave us a bad experience.What a contrast! From the beginning to the end the simply loft team were professional and friendly, there was a real pride and responsibility in the work thy carried out.we have been overjoyed with the loft conversion, I was really pleased with the cost of the project, and if I have any further work to be carried out on my house I will definitely be asking Simply loft to do it.

Highly recommend Simply Loft - we used them for a loft renovation and had them renovate our first floor of our victorian house. The job was complex as the house is old but the team cracked on and completed it at pace. The craftsmanship was of a high quality and they were a very friendly team - who worked long hrs and completed the job with no real issues.

Simply Loft did a great job planning my project and communicating with me at every stage of the process from design and planning, to execution and post completion. My PM David and the build team did a great job onsite and the quality of the work was very good, they worked efficiently and ahead of schedule and I found them easy to work with.

We used Simply to provide the architect plans, liaise with council planning control, produce structural engineer drawings and then build, fit and decorate a rear dormer loft conversion for us. The process went smoothly from start to finish and Simply and their teams have provided us with a lovely loft conversion containing an additional bedroom with en-suite and a small study. Simply's team, as led by Project Manager Mindis, worked very quickly and efficiently to get the extension built. Each of the trades were very courteous and tidy. The build was completed ahead of schedule. We are very happy with the extra space that the loft conversion has brought us. Mindis was always available to talk through any question and the Simply Dashboard made it easy to keep track of instalments and the progress of the project.

We have had an extension of a loft room built recently. We returned to SimplyLoft because we trusted their quality work and 5-star post construction customer service. SimplyLoft constructed our original loft conversion originally about 8 years. Peter’s team has been friendly, considerate and quick in response to my questions and any issues. The entire project has gone smoothly with hardly any accident. This meant a lot to us as we have been living on site throughout the project. Highly recommended!

Simply did a fantastic job of our loft office and bathroom in Crystal Palace. Ben and his team paid great attention to all the details we wanted, and the resulting quality was fantastic. The wooden floors, black aluminium windows and old-school pendant lights are like a little slice of Shoreditch in the suburbs! I was apprehensive of using a large loft company, but the customer service was personal and the Simply staff have been so nice to deal with. I have already and would 100% recommend them to friends and neighbours, and we would certainly use them again in future.

Like most people we got a couple of quotes and it came down to two options but we went with Simply Lofts because they gave us the option to view some examples and meet some previous clients. They also had a design team, someone to help with planning and neighbours and made the whole thing very easy, especially given how stressful a huge project like this can be.

From the first day, we were so impressed with Marius and team with the speed of the build and how polite they were. Keep in mind, we did our build in the lockdown and in a one bedroom flat!!! We had a dormer added to the rear with Juliette balcony, another bedroom and bathroom. Perfect!!

The design & build have turned out better than we imagined with regards to the look, feel and the extra space it's given us.

The overall process went smoothly, and all carried out to time and budget as per the project plan. All of the teams & individuals on site were very friendly & respectful, and they were always happy to discuss thinking on designs / options / how things were done etc, which was both comforting and helpful.

We've already recommended them to friends nearby who have since also gone with them.
