Customer service was good, they kept me informed of what was wrong with car, what needed doing and prices involved .
Everything was done quickly and I was informed when car was ready.
My car came back all work done and clean.

All staff were extremely professional
All staff were extremely professional, The car was serviced and was available for collection after only a couple of hours.
It was washed and vacuumed before I collected

Very helpful finding the car I wanted which was quite specific - type colour age mileage etc. and I was kept informed all the time and knowledgeable with all the paperwork.

Health Check
First class service and after sales, very disappointed with the video on the health check when the vehicle was on the lift, couldn’t here what was being said due to the Workshop Radio blasting over the mechanics voice.

Excellent customer service
I recently bought a car from Neyland. Process was very smooth and Martin was very professional, knowledgeable and I felt very well looked after. He took great care to ensure that everything was done corectly and was happy to spend time explaining all the controls on the car. I would definitely recommend Sinclair Neyland.
