Great customer service
Recently bought a 2nd hand A3. From my initial enquiry through to collecting the car, the whole experience was really good. All my questions were answered in a friendly, professional and courteous manner. The car was exactly what I wanted at a very good price. The salesman I dealt with the whole way through was first-class.

Efficient service and helpful video. However misleading and incorrect work required information which, if I hadn't queried it, would have led to a significant unnecessary spend. Your email asking whether I wanted a valuation was not provided without me having to prompt the person in the shop
