Very happy with the service
Very happy with the service. Purchased a set of new taps which where much cheaper than other sites with exactly the same products, arrived quickly and packaged really well. Would definitely recommend!

Bought a sink from this company. Installed by my plumber but the attached overflow unit rubber sealant was faulty. Called them up and explained the situation and ask if a replacement rubber sealant can be send. Was told to call the manufacturer myself and ask for replacement.
Queried why do I have to call the manufacturer myself instead of Sink-taps doing the follow up.
The technical guy immediately retorted "You don't tell me what to do!". Of course I do not tell sink-taps what to do, its Sink-taps that needs to resolve issues, instead of for customers who paid for a product through sink-taps!
Won't be buying from this company ever again!

I ordered the Reginox Quadra 105 black granite undermount sink from sinks-taps late yesterday morning and it was delivered at 9.15 this morning! Well packaged, in a box within a box. It's a great looking sink, larger than I expected (which is a bonus), lovely finish to it and it's already been fitted. The builders like it too. We've fitted it as an inset sink rather than undermounted as it is quite heavy. It looks fantastic with the black Zenith worktop and a brushed stainless steel tap.
I'm really impressed! Would definitely recommend this company.

Online chat was clearly a human from the get go - I hate when it's a bot. I was given human answers and swift responses. Andrew was a super human and did everything he could to help me through my order. Truly went above and beyond. But will the sink live up to this service level? I am yet to find out!
Buy only if you have no other choice
They become exceedingly rude if you complain because an order is later than they state is normal on their website. And then they cancel your order. Beware. They seem to believe they have the right to be objectionable, refuse to accept criticism and if you ask them to listen to you the answer is a no and they carry on talking.

Awful service from this company
Awful service from this company. The sink i was promised 3 weeks before needed never arrived. They told me they had called and emailed to say not on stick. No calls or emails ever received. Chased and chased. Always promised to be called back. Never was. Finally cancelled the sink and got next day from elsewhere. Taken 2 weeks to credit my card, even though they took the money same day of order (a month ago)! The taps from Perrin and Rowe arrived with the waste. The waste had a bolt missing, kitchen fitter took another day to fit once arrived in post. Now the taps have a part missing so more time spent going to local plumbing centre for parts. When you spend £1k on taps and sinks, you would expect everything to be there - it wasn't and has caused no end of problems. The guy on the phone even said "if your fitter used his initiative instead of sitting there looking at it, he could borrow the bolt from the other waste and glue up until the missing bolt arrives'!!!! Appalling customer service. Would never use again!!!

Top grade company. As Simple as that
I do not usually go online and write reviews about the companies, but sinks-taps.com had excelled in every way possible so hats off to them!
I've been helped out by really polite sales representative Richard who actually went to the warehouse to double-check if the records in their database are correct and they can commit to the sale of the sink. Nothing like my previous experiences when I bought stuff for two days delivery i.e. just to find out in a weeks time of silence that the order will be in stock only in two weeks time. So long story short, I've called in at 4pm bought the sink and my kithchen fitter is installing it right now, which happens to be 11am of next working day. Can't be happier.
From my experience sinks-taps.com won't leave you in despair and deliver on their word. No nonsense. No "we've got it in stock but your next day delivery will happen in months time". Strongly recommended.

Awful Company avoid!
I have never done a review about a company before but I feel I need to warn people about ordering online from this company. Terrible customer service. When I made a complaint on the phone I was put through to a very arrogant sales man who basically said we had bought the product at a discount online... what did you expect. He spoke over me and was very rude I ended up hanging up on him. This company needs to learn how to speak to customers and also get a better returns procedure. I sent them a pair of expensive Perrin and Rowe taps back. Two weeks later, they still have not even sent an email to acknowledge receipt of the product... accounts department said the refund was being processed. The arrogant sales man talked about legally not needed to refund my money for 30 days!? That’s not the point. He just didn’t get my point and didn’t even try to solve the problem, he just argued with me about it and tiled me I had ‘made a mistake’ ordering the wrong product so why should they bear the brunt. His attitude was shocking! The only mistake I made was ordering from this cowboy company. And they’ve now lost out on some much bigger orders for our projects.

After going down the route of ordering ceramic disc replacement valves for my Franke Zurich tap from a supplier who claimed that their replacement valves were 'COMPATIBLE' with the Franke Zurich tap, only to discover that they were NOT, I ordered the correct valves from Taps and Sinks on line and in no time, they were delivered and fitted and working perfectly.
Thank you Taps and Sinks. Finally, no more dripping taps! Should have come to you in the first place!!!
A company that actually cares
A company that actually cares about you, the sink I was recommended is perfect and fits, the delivery service was great as I could choose the delivery date myself and I was able to open the box and check my sink had arrived in one piece before accepting the delivery which I was reminded time and time again on the phone, confirmation email and a label stuck onto the sink. The components of the sink and my tap were bubble wrapped up so they didn't damage the sink and got to me without damage something which the saleman told me they do as standard. Everything was perfect and I trust this company as they do exactly as what said they do and made buying a 20kg+ ceramic sink as easy as possible!

First class packaging
Ordered 2 x Belfast sinks to be shipped to the Caribbean. Speedy delivery to the shipping company; the packaging was excellent with no damage on reaching their final destination. Unfortunately installation is still not completed yet but they so lookeep great and can't wait to use them. Excellent service from s8nks and taps.
Excellent products, service and advice
Out new sinks and tap were delivered promptly after placing the order and the company informed us in advance of the delivery date. We had some questions about the suitability and fitting of the tap which Sinks-taps helped us with. They also put us in contact with the technical expert st the tap manufacturers who was able to provide all the information that we required. Overall this was exceptionally good service from an online retailer so we will definitely buy from them again in the future.
