They came in the time set for me. Acknowledged who they were. Made sure they were delivering the correct item to me. Confirmed multiple times. And did everything in such great timing. I appreciate the delivery team that came. They did such a great job.

We had Mark Abbas for our sleep consultant and he made the experience very enjoyable.

The delivery staff was very friendly and professional.

The delivery was seamless. Juan and Allan were friendly, and took great care getting the mattress upstairs. They are an asset to Sit and Sleep.

I had a great experience because I was worried about how they were going to park on a Main Street and I'm not able to text them directly to let them know where to park on the side street. They had someone ahead that scouted out where it was safe to park and where to bring the mattress through the apartments. I appreciated that because it just let me be in the air conditioning in 97° weather not having to direct anyone (though I would!) but It was nice just to not have to do that. I also got alerted in enough time to make sure that I was ready for them to arrive. They were nice and made sure I had everything I needed before they left. I can't imagine trying to deliver and do everything they're do in this heat, so kudos to them for keeping up a great attitude and great service!

The delivery team was awesome! They were efficient and very kind and even offered to help move and assemble my bed frame! They went above and beyond to make the delivery awesome!

Good experience purchasing my first adjustable bed. My previous bed was from this same store (more than 10 years ago). Shaun is a very knowledgeable sales person. He listened to my concerns and did not try to rush me into buying. I appreciate the time he spent answering my questions. I did buy everything I needed and wanted within my budget. I recommend Sit n Sleep to all my friends. Excellent delivery and set up. The guys were careful and respectful.

The lady who helped us at sit n sleep was patient and had the experience to help guide us along with what we wanted and needed. She stayed with us as we took our time trying the two mattresses we were deciding on as well as the pillows. We asked several questions and she answered all of them. The delivery was less than a day wait and the delivery people were here early and set up the mattress in minutes.

I have to say Dave at the Redlands location is a huge reason why my wife and I have been Sit & Sleep customers for the past 15 years!! Always helpful, and courteous and knows about the brand, warranty, Etc c without having to look anything up! What a joy to have him as an asset to your company!! The delivery team(s) that make the deliveries are always pleasant and well mannered!! Thank you all so much!!!

Had a great experience! Sales rep Justina was amazing for picking the right bed and the delivery guys (Kevin and another gentleman who's name I didn't catch, apologies) were wonderful, quick, and answered all my questions. Will recommend to others! If you want to buy a mattress, find Justina! She's got all the bases covered.

Truck number 41 or 441 just finished delivering my mattress and Julio Cesar and the rest of his brothers did an amazing job they were respectful clean and did everything in a timely manner!
