We had a great experience at the Sit 'n Sleep on Wilshire. I walked in knowing exactly what I needed—two Twin XL adjustable beds for my in-laws—and Johnny made the whole process easy. He answered our questions, explained the features without any sales pressure, and let us make our decision. I never felt like I was being "sold" anything, which I really appreciated.
Our delivery date had to change a couple of times, and they were easy to work. They just adjusted the schedule and kept things moving. The delivery team was professional and fast! When you're juggling a million things, having one part of the process be this easy is worth a lot

I bought a mattress online at a huge discount. The delivery came four days early and there was plenty of communication about the delivery too. The two men that brought in the new mattress were very conscientious, took off their shoes, etc.

Angie at the Whittier store wouldn’t do any price adjustments. She was very firm. Wasn’t a good salesperson. So I went online and bought through the chat. Pillar made some adjustments to get the mattress I wanted in my price range. My only issue is the mattress protector I had to buy theirs, even though I had one, so the warranty doesn’t void. That protector was very expensive even with a discount.

Dave spent quite a bit of time with us pointing out differences in mattresses, construction,etc. We made purchase but on several nights attempting to sleep, mattress was just too firm for my wife.
We returned to the store and was able to exchange for a softer version of same brand. Delivery was next day and on time! Delivery men were very friendly and mindful not to track in any dirt.

From the sales room to the delivery, this was a smooth and very comfortable experience. In the showroom, I was given enough attention to have all my questions answered and yet not so much that I felt rushed. We stayed completely within my budget, including tax, etc. The delivery team arrived right on time and was in and out in about ten minutes. All in all, a very satisfying experience.

My satisfaction with my new bed began with the awesome service I received in the store. Kent in West Covina is wonderful. Anna helped reschedule me when I couldn't be home and she was super sweet! The drivers were awesome. Daniel and his helper had my old one off and the new one on in less than 5 minutes. Super quick, on time, friendly and professional. I am truly happy with my purchase!!
