Great appreciation for the help we got with Vince in the store to select the mattress and frame. We had several meetings with him to work out the details and he provided us with the best available pricing. More importantly, he was very helpful in selecting a mattress that fit my purpose and sleeping manner. Very friendly and very professional. Provided lots of details without adding pressure to make the purchase too quickly. Then the three brothers who delivered the frame and mattress were so polite and quite professional in moving throughout my home. They also voluntarily helped get my existing wood platform out of my home and delivered to my neighbor. Quite a bit of work to get all the pieces up and down my narrow stairway. It was a no-brainer to give them a decent tip. Thanks for all your help Vince and three Hermanos.

Tommy at the Palmdale, Ca. Sit n' Sleep store. He was very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and understanding about what we wanted in a bed. We decided on a King Koil Intimate Cal King split adjustable bed with massage. Delivery was next day which helped us take the plunge. Not having to wait a week for delivery was very important to us. We can't wait to go to bed tonight! Thank you Tommy!

The whole process was good with the costa mesa team! Chris miller made the process nice and easy. He also let us take our time and didn't rush us into anything. Highly recommend!!! Delivery was also nice and easy.

Jesse is great at his job, he explained everything so regular people can understand. Jesse's upselling skills are spot on. My wife and I walked away with more than we walked in for, happily. I will be telling my friends and family all about my Sit ‘n Sleep experience.

I was kept informed of the delivery. The delivery was made within the scheduled time-frame. We were not satisfied with the quality of the mattress cover. The mattress cover looked cheaper than the one we saw in the store.

We reside on an Air Force base so for the delivery drivers to come on, they needed to be sponsored. It’s a time consuming process and the drivers were not upset at all and seemed super patient with us. They were very friendly and quick with delivery. They also hauled away our old mattress with no issue. We are VERY grateful for the in store and delivery service all around!

Great customer service, very knowledgeable. I had to go back 2 days after picking our mattress and change it to another model before it was delivered and had no issues. We also purchased the pillows we used to test mattress with.

I was not looking forward to the experience of buying a mattress. In fact, I was going to just send my husband in and make him pick one without me, that’s how much anxiety I was hanging. So, I called the Murrieta location off Los Alimos and asked the lady who answered if they even had the mattress I had been eyeing online. I explained we had different tastes in mattresses, and she offered a solution I hadn’t thought of, and after a brief but pleasant conversation, she asked me to come in to the store. She was so nice, and since they didn’t have the mattress I was thinking of, I gave it a shot. We were met by Matt, who analyzed our pressure points (I didn’t even know that was a thing) and was so patient with us as we tried all these different mattresses. Long story longer- both Matt and his partner offered such great customer service that we left with a mattress and adjustable frame that we LOVE! I would definitely recommend this location, they turned a stressful and anxiety ridden process (for me) into an almost enjoyable experience and we left super happy. Thank you Matt! The delivery guys were great too!
