Sitting Spiritually of Lyme Regis Avis 

I recently bought a swing seat from this company and wish I could give the service I received and the seat 10 stars! The seat is sublimely comfortable both for sitting and lying on and with the springs very gently moves with the breeze as well as any movement from myself. The only issue I have is that work in the garden and elsewhere has ground to a halt as I sway gently admiring the view (or snoozing!). A must have in any garden.

Very helpful team. We had the four seater swing seat which is an excellent product. Really well made. One word of caution and we did think this before we bought it. It will seat three comfortably but four will be a squeeze in our view.

I was very fortunate to win my garden seat in an RHS raffle. The staff at Sitting Spiritually were very approachable and helpful and worked around my schedule for making the seat. Delivery was made within the allocated two hour time frame and the seat was put in place by the driver. I am delighted with it and find it a comfortable place to relax in the sun. I would recommend the product and the company to anyone wanting a quality piece of garden furniture. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a telephone call from the company to ensure that the seat had been delivered and that I was happy with it.

I have recently taken delivery of a swing seat from Sitting Spirtually. It is really lovely,
a great asset to the garden . The service was brilliant from start to finish , the poor man that came to set it up had to work through Sun , Rain and Hail ! I am looking forward to spending many happy hours on it during the summer.

As a product, the build quality is faultless. Pre-delivery communication was good and organisation around installation trouble free. What we have issue with having gone to great trouble to prepare a newly flagged area for the swing chair is two points. 1. A complete lack of communication around stain seepage from the wood and 2. How long this would happen.

The picture taken is 6 weeks ager installation. The flags have been deep cleaned already 3 times. My elderly mother who is awaiting a hip replacement having spent nearly £4,000 on a chair to remember her late husband is upset by the need for constant cleaning. At no point was it made clear leading up to the purchase or on delivery that so much effort would be required. If we had only spent £400-500 yes you would take it on the chin, but not having spent so much.

As a final point I find the follow up communication from the company deeply disrespectful. I wrote an email asking for advise. I received no response, but a care leaflet was posted to my mum. The care leaflet she should have been given on the day of delivery. I find the cold style of responding, a stark contrast to the warm friendly pre-order approach (before we paid!).

So in short - a good product, but customer support and communication lacking....... Its a shame they don't feel any obligation to their customers

The quality of craftsmanship is really good (and I am generally hard to please) and it looks like this will last us for a very long time ... I am a very happy customer.
