I would give this company a zero if I could because I got zero product for the money I spent. Ordered some sunscreen in March 2023. Wrote them 3 emails asking for a refund or to resend the product. They told me it was out of their hands and could do nothing. I see I’m one of many who had had this experience. Not surprising. Scam company!

Since the seller has now replied for me to email them directly (as I have MANY times now), I am updating my review to show my e-mail correspondence, my dispute via Paypal and how their customer service simply directed me to their FAQ that says they're not responsible for shipments ...

DO NOT BUY! It's an untrustworthy company. I ordered my products, and they never arrived. They told me to contact the shipping company, saying it wasn't their problem. The shipping company didn't respond either. I lost nearly 100 USD. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They don't take responsibility for anything. It's a disgrace of a company.
