I’m upset because they sent me 5…

I’m upset because they sent me 5 bottles of sunscreen that would expire by the end of this year knowing that I’m an international customer and it takes longer for delivery which doesn’t give me much time to use it. I tried to get a refund but I found out that it would cost me over $100 just to ship it back.

Total Scam Artists — AVOID AT ALL COSTS

FIRST they charged me almost $20 ($19.87 to be exact) for something they normally — or at least currently— charge only $14 for. I’m assuming the higher price was to compensate for a tariff. THEN they charge a whopping $20 in shipping for an item that weighs less than 8oz only to be shipped at an absolute snails pace of a delivery time a month later. THIS WAS FOLLOWED BY receiving a random text two weeks AFTER it is delivered where they had the audacity to send a request for an ADDITIONAL TARIFF FEE (through FedEx supposedly— however FEDEX HAS ZERO RECORD of any additional tariff being required). What kind of scam are they running here? I will NEVER purchase from this company again.

I love a European product not available…

I love a European product not available in the US and did expensive searches to have it shipped to me. Ultimately i found it and ordered it with some trepidation. As soon as unplaced the order, I received confirmation and tracking information. The product arrived much faster than expected and due to the excellent shipping method, was able to track my purchase every step of the way. Thank you for a fabulous service - you will be my go to shopping stop when I am unable to purchase the item in Europe personally

Sun Block was never delivered

I ordered some sunblock 7 months ago, the tracking shows it entered this country then disappeared. Customs says the product wasn't detained (I did a trace) and the US Postal Service has no record of it. I have contacted their support multiple times, and Skin Lovers says it's not their responsibility and isn't going to reship or issue a credit. Note skinlovers replied "we're looking into it" - this is the third time they have "looked into it"

Deja mucho que pensar

De los siete productos que compré, uno llegó casi vacío, otro más estaba dañado y otro estaba roto con 1/4 menos de producto. La caja de empaque estaba destruida y mojada. Ningún producto estaba protegido para tan largo viaje, habían solo dos pequeñísimas bolsas de protección para 7 sets de dos productos cada uno (en total 14 piezas de 400 mL c/u).
No obstante, al tratar de entrar a la página, siempre me aparece un mensaje: "El dueño de este sitio pudo haber impuesto restricciones que te impiden acceder a este sitio. Por favor contacta al dueño del sitio para tener acceso".
Simplemente no pude iniciar una reclamación ni devolución y, por el mensaje que me arroja la página cada vez, no puedo sino pensar que así fue planeado por los administradores de este negocio.
