Skybet give poor odds and most betting company’s can outperform them. However when I went to close my account they told me my data , bank details etc would be kept on file and when questioned about this they refused to remove it.

Like many others on here I've recently had my account restricted for absolutely no reason whatsoever.
Don't get how they can get away with the false advertisement of offering all these promotions but then blatantly stop you from using said promotions by restricting your account 🤷‍♂️
I do bet on sports and sky Vegas from time to time yet they've restricted my account from doing the daily free spins on both, doesn't seem right to me and like I've said before it's surely false advertisement.
Customer service is useless too as instead of actually answering your questions they'll just keep posting the terms and conditions to you 🙄🤦‍♂️
I was asking a question about an email they'd sent and the response i got back was an exact copy of the email in question 😆 thanks for the help 👍

Had a problem withdrawing due to recently changing cards but with the help of Gianluca all was resolved quite quickly great work

Constantly have to 'reboot' the website and app as runs okay to start with then slows to a very slow and laborious halt.
Then out of the blue I get an email ' banning' me from all promotions for reasons totally beyond me. And, as normal, you can't get any answers as to why as they hide behind their t & c's. Looking on X as well it seems I'm not the only one.

Whenever I have any issues help and support is extremely helpful. The app itself is far better than other betting companies I have used

Just been informed by email that skybet are putting a restriction on my sky betting and gaming account to add to my ongoing restriction on my sky vegas and sky casino account. I only play out the free spins and obviously that annoys them that I don't spend any of my money on them. I bet on horseracing and football so I can participate in any free bets associated with them. Honestly had enough of them as I have never been restricted through my other betting accounts. Definitely the worst of my betting accounts so I will take out my money and good riddance to them.

I opened up an account with sky bet a couple of weeks ago and I sent in all the information got email too say I was up and running my account was fully verified today was a different story today I went to withdraw some winnings and they wanted more information off me so I sent them in my information proof of address and now they are withholding my money they said at 3 pm today that it will take 20 to 30 minutes to verify my account and still nothing. I am so annoyed over this. I’m getting passed from pillar to post.😩😢stay away from this site they don’t like to give you your own money 5 hours later still nothing customer service are not very helpful either I sent them proof of verification and there still saying I’m in the queue there not listening too me never again as soon as I get my money off them

Banned for being 13 pounds up! Crazy as had recent winning run,would NEVER EVER USE,they only want losers.

Been with Skybet for at least 10 years, and for no reason I have been restricted on there. I don't abuse the app , or bet beyond my limits. I've used the Help and Support page with no explanation as they don't even know why.? Please explain

I cant do 5/5 just as its my first interaction with Sky Bet but Grace did a fantastic job of helping me and she deserves praise for her complaince to her role. I dont no Sky Bets SOPs but it felt she did a great job within the svope of customer service.

Do not use these scammers. Been betting with them for years and then out of the blue they stop me being able to get any of their promotions. No customer service. Just some useless bot. Avoid at all costs

I just had my account restricted. They will not tell me why. I dont bet a lot of money so it cant be for a gambling addiction. I bet £10 here and thdre mistly football. Im over £400 up over the year so im not losing money. All i can think off is im winning and they dont like people winning. There ars so many better betting sites then SKYBET go eleswhere steer clear if this sight they obviously dont like people winning
