Book a parking space at Luton airport online. I was sent the confirmation and post code of the car park. Our flight was at 3.30am so arrived at the car park early hours of the morning. The post code was wrong so after driving around for over and hour we tried the phone number on the confirmation. After going through the voice menu final got through only to be informed the office is only 9 to 5. Eventually I took and wrong turning and by pure luck we were at the car park. When we got to the airport they were calling for us so we nearly missed our flight. When we returned home after our holiday it was daylight and you could see the small grey signage set back from the entrance of the car park. The staff at the car park said the wrong post code is often given and the signage is not good at night. So if you book parking at Luton the post code could be wrong.
I think this is a good site and service, I have used it several times with no real issues, they also have offers and codes to help get discounts. They have several options to choose from when booking.
My problem is that with my last booking even though I am 100% certain I booked the right dates, when I arrived at APL Parking in Liverpool I was told the booking start date was tomorrow. This then meant having to pay extra £20 for one days parking which is a fair bit for outside airport parking.
Now they did send a booking email, but just like when you buy stuff at supermarkets you don't always check the receipts to see if they have charged you wrong (which does happen more than you know) I didn't fine check the dates in the email. It was the wrong date, so i had to pay extra.
But having checked my browsing search history I could see I had booked for the right date on several different parking sites. I booked a month in advance and remember using the right date. So its processed the wrong date, either from cookies/data on my computer or on their site backend.
Also I asked APL how much 3 days parking would be for the next month and they said about £44. I had paid £44 for my booking so it should have been 3 days, based on common sense and their usual prices. But I was charged about £64 in the end (including the approximate 16% Skypark promo discount) that's just ridiculous.
So without the online discount this means I have been charged £71.20 for 3.625 days of parking....Id rather train it down then pay that.
Used this company for the first time at Birmingham Airport. Great communications, good price and good friendly service.
Directions given for the car park were good. Will use again.
Unfortunately due to circumstances, I had to cancel my parking with the company.
I had an issue with the refund which turned out to be entirely my fault but the parking company dealt with the situation perfectly.
I will definitely use this company again.

when we arrived the guy said give him the £10 cash and he will pay the car park entry fee for me. Today just had a letter to say it was never paid now I have a £60 fine. So the guy was a thief oh and when I had my car back it was stinking it thick mud on driver side.
I paid in advance for parking and never received a confirmation. When I arrived, my booking couldn’t be found, and I had to pay again for alternative parking. I contacted the company multiple times and received no response for nearly a week, far too late to help.
Despite clearly explaining the situation and showing that the issue was entirely on their side, they refused to refund me. Their final response was dismissive, stating the matter was closed and that further communication would “create frustration.”
They took my money, failed to provide the service, ignored me for days, and then refused to take responsibility. Completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Amazing customer service. Yes the only way to contact them is email, however they got back to me pretty quickly and put my mind at ease with my booking. Easy to book service. Will always continue to use this company.
These people are the scum of the earth if you don’t believe this review have a word with the British embassy.
Did as requested called 30 prior to arrival and as we arrived for pick up.
In both instances it took them an additional 40 mins of waiting around for pick up and drop off the car.
I have used the company a few times now and have not had any issues. I think the only downside is that they can only be contacted by email. Unfortunately more recently I tried another company compareairportparking and wish I had stuck with this company.
I got a copy of the booking I had lost.
Initially I didn't get an answer and after 72 hours I made several attempts online to contact someone. The travel day was 4 days away and I was worried. After failing to find the online chat, or phone number I sent an e mail but this turned out to be defunct. I used the online form again ,and this time got a response. The mark down is for the delay in getting a response but in the end I got the information so I'm happy.

Returned to Heathrow on Friday evening, car arrived fine however it wouldn't start at all after being dropped off. The driver vanished immediately and called the main number who said 'sorry everyone's gone home, can't help'. After having to call Breakdown recovery and waiting at Terminal 3 car park for hours, they arrived to say that the battery had been drained over the last few days and needed a jump start. He said the likelihood is that the meet & greet service would have had to jump start the car to get it to me, something that they never mentioned to me at all.
Too many things in my car were off, lights had been manually turned on or off and a weird smell of garlic still lingering, almost as if someone had been sat in my car using the battery and eating food!
Better of paying the premium for the Heathrow car park and save the headache.
Review for help prior to parking. I had to change my car details due to a car accident and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Such an easy process.
Be careful with your belongings! I had an issue with my battery the day of my flight 27/8/2025 so my neighbour let me borrow her jumpleads for the journey from Newcastle to Edinburgh. Parked my car at Skysecure parking in Edinburgh With the jumpleads in the front seat! My flight back to Edinburgh arrived at around just before midnight 31/8/2025. By the time we claimed luggage etc and transport to the parking it was nearly 1am I was shattered as I had to drive back to Newcastle so I didn't even notice they were gone ( thought maybe they put it at the backseat). The day after i went in the car to get the jumpleads to return it to my neighbour and it was GONE! Called the Edinburgh branch and they denied everything! I asked what gives yous the right to take something that doesn't even belong to you? That is theft! The guy i spoke to was being patronising telling me to calm down as if it was my fault it went missing while the car was in your responsibility! I had to buy new jumpleads with my own money since the company is in denial! NEVER AGAIN. I wouldn't recommend parking at this Branch! BEWARE
Is the worse company to book some park.
If you lost the confirmation there is no way to find out.
There is no phone number on website and when you find the number it's not the correct one.
I send more than 3 emails and no answer.
Conclusion, they don't care about the costumer needs there is no customet service, and to have you many back is a huge problem.
Avoid at all costs I had a holiday booked from manchester on 18 /9/25 The flight times were shown as in the afternoon NOT in the morning Spent ALL weekend and today trying to change the times with online or with online assistant No success There r NO telephone numbers u can use to contact Customer Service to speak with a human to sort your problem out Cancelling he booking was simple See if I get my money back Have saved the cancellation confirmation
I somehow put the wrong dates flying out of Gatwick.
I needed an extra day and a week before the booking I turned up to gatwick with my car. The person took my car and said pay the difference when i get back. I came home phoned them up and they only charged me 21 pounds what was for the extra day. Great service from gatwick :)
Bristol Skypark. Had a bad experience because there was no contact number to call when we hadn't received their message on the morning of the flight. Although they'd tried to contact us it had gone to voicemail and we had a lot of stress trying to get through to them. When I complained instead of apologising they kept insisting that the number was on the letter when it clearly wasn't as the driver noted when he arrived. Worse still although it says on the paperwork that they are no more than 5miles from the airport my car was VERY low on petrol and had been driven. The company then said in an email that it could have gone up to twenty miles away instead of 5 which would partly account for why the tank that I'd filled up was only a quarter full but is totally contrary to what they say on the website and on the confirmation email. The drivers were nice but the communications and the complaint handling were appalling. I wouldn't trust them again. If you take the risk with them please take a photo of your mileage. They don't bother checking your car over as most other professional companies do. It's most definitely cheap but worth spending a bit more I'd suggest.
