Be careful using Skyparks its basically a internet trawler. If you have problems with the actual parking service provider then Skyparks wash their hands of the issue.
So you are essentially just referred by Skyparks to go elsewhere to seek recompense. May as well book direct with the actual service provider.
Easy booking system, fast and helpful response to enquiries. Highly recommended using.
If I could give a zero I would. When I made the booking I input correct times and dates. I had to go into emails to.get payment verification from my bank and input the code - i did this and the payment went through. However the skpark system defaulted and booked for next day. I tried calling immediately but they don't take calls. You cannot use livechat as its not there. You have to contact them and they take up to 72 hours to get back to you. They have said its too late to amend as the time passed and they reserved the space for me. They are keeping the payment. If they had picked up the phone it could have been sorted so I feel this is nothing more than a money making scam - I have been a customer for many years and am shocked at this disgraceful way they treat loyal customers and customers in general - avoid this company like the plague and save your money
Game changer - dropped it off at the Sofitel , had a toddler with me so was super practical and easy. Went it, dropped the car off, left the keys. When I got back was there ready to go. Can’t believe Iv been doing anything different

This is the 3rd time I have used SkyPark parking at Stansted airport and the whole service has been consistently excellent. I would not now use any other carpark service.
The initial reception is always friendly and efficient, I am confident that my car is well looked after.
The transfer to the airport by their minibus is usually very soon after checking my car in.
The drivers are jolly and helpful.
The transfer back from airport is consistently well organised and quick.

Excellent we have used them a few times and I cannot fault them at all. I put an outbound reference on the form, contacted them to change it to an inbound reference and was sorted out within hours.

After a horrific experience last year with "Park Giant"
I was nervous about a similar parking experience. MoneySavingExpert website recommended SPS so I booked.
Easy booking, competitive price, kept informed, clear instructions. There is even a guide on YouTube of how to get to the exact drop off spot, which was very useful.
Upon arrival a friendly chap was waiting to receive our car at 0300am, and upon our return another friendly guy was there to hand it back, waiting as i had a very brief check it was as it should be.
Very impressed, will use again, and would happily recommend.....
Contacted company about my car parking arrangements as new to using parking at Stansted Airport and travglling very early.They were quick to reply and very informative and helpful. Looking forward to using SkyParkSecure when I travel from Stansted Airport in September.
Avoid! They use third party operators to pick up your car who they take no responsibility for. Received a shocking experience using them for East Midlands airport. Pay the extra £10-15 & go through the airport instead for parking. Not worth the stress or damage to your car!!

I could give this company zero stars I would. They have essentially charged me twice for one service of parking. I have even raised a debit dispute with my bank and complained through the company. Their response has been disgusting. I prepaid for parking and when I returned from my trip to leave, I was charged £300 which their employees advised that I needed to pay in order to leave the car park which I did but then on exiting the car park the barrier lifted anyway, so I didn’t need to pay the £300 so I was misadvised by their employees who are lazy and incompetent and didn’t even want to help me. I’m truly disgusted on how this company have tried to justify them taking two lots of payments from me a total of £380 to park for four days they should be ashamed of themselves. Do not use this company.
Sadly I could not pursue my booking due to my severely disabled child being seriously unwell. When I contacted this company explaining my reasons and whether a partial credit could be applied to enable me to rebook I simply received a no. No offering of sorry to hear your circumstances just a no. Very poor customer service and very surprised at the lack of empathy.
Edit, they first say that they are a comparison site and refuse to help then respond and say the airport parking would refer back to them.

I have used SkyPark a few times before. I had booked a parking space and not received confirmation. I emailed and within the hour the query was sorted. Very helpful and efficient.
NO CANCELLATION. DO NOT BOOK.
Easy for them to take your money but they do not allow you to cancel. It’s written that you can cancel within 72hours of the booking but when you go to cancel you can’t do it online and have to either send a query or email. The result is you can’t cancel regardless even though it says throughout the website you can cancel.
If "0" was an option.. shocking and rude. I booked and was unable to contact the individual as agreed (30 minutes before arrival), so I parked in another car park only to receive a rude call from the person who was meant to park my car - " if you want a fine, not my worry" and slammed the phone down.
After calling back, I went to pass on my car, he gave me no receipt and when I challenge this, he stated that my car was worthless to him and if he wanted to steal a car, there were others that cost more (I drive a Volvo - £20K+).
When I asked to take his picture and evidence, he accused me of being racist and refused.
I'm not sure if this was a one off but had it not been for the flight which was for work purposes, I would have refused and drove off.
Skypark went out of their way to help me, I lost my booking reference they found it for me without problems. I always use jet park 3 at Manchester and will continue to do so. Excellent customer service.
Whenever airlines change flight times, and they often do, Skyparksecure ALWAYS respond very quickly and also always sort out any issue and resolve any problems. Do yourself a favour and only use them for your airport parking. Their service really is second to none. Brilliant.
Disappointed with the overall experience. No way to contact SkyParkSecure when you need help — no phone line, no live chat, just a form with a vague “we’ll reply in 72 hours” message. For a company handling airport parking, where timing is everything, this is just not good enough. The service feels automated and unaccountable. Wouldn’t use again.
Do not use this company it's an absolute scam paid nearly £80, to turn up to tiny Car Park. With no security, barrier was broken. No transport to the airport. The contact number for the company did not work. I had to pay over £115 again for parking today, and it was stress not needed on the morning of our holiday!!!
