Excellent service, very fast delivery ( only 2 working days ) I ordered CK Magna wheeled technicians bag , I’m very pleased, thanks, it’ll save my bad back!!

Do not buy from this company!! My husband put an order in on 19th april for some items so that he could complete a job for a customer and at the time all items were in stock. A few days later i got a phone call from them saying one of the items was unavailable and did we want the order sent out without it which we agreed as we were told it wouldn’t be too long. I’ve been in hospital so had other things on our minds but we’ve heard nothing since and still not received the missing part so my husband has been forced to go out and buy one elsewhere. Absolutely rubbish service and will never deal with this company again!!

I spoke to them and explained in detail what I needed. I was promised that the item that I eventually ordered would work for my purposes.

It partially works. That’s the problem with their 7 days return protocol. There’s not enough time to test the product extensively before realising it didn’t fully work,

They need to increase their cancellation period so that customers can be happy to test and try out their products.

Not happy!

Make sure the product you order does exactly what it says on the tin and test it out as soon as you receive it. I’d stick with the larger retailers.

An order can be cancelled in writing within 7 working days of delivery. Please ensure items are retuned in original box(s) including original packaging, unused and in a resalable condition, including all lamps/bulbs.. A refund shall be provided less the costs of carriage/postage."
Update
My order no is 44523. The problem is that this item doesn't work if you're splitting a 4k signal to go to a 4k TV and a 1080i TV. You have to reduce the resolution on the 4k signal to 1080i to enable both TVs to work

Ordered 30 December late afternoon from SND Electrical as I did at two other retailers, same time. Two parcels delivered Monday 5 January but still waiting for SND Electrical delivery. Contacted SND and spoke to someone I could barely understand due to the accent, I suppose this shouldn't be a surprise as SND Electrical is in Birmingham.
Point is, the season is appreciated, but if two other retailers can deliver to me on the same day, 5 January, what's SND's excuse? Today is 7 January and Post Office delivery is done for today. Tracking is inconclusive, as it states parcel in Glasgow? I'm in Surrey and purchase was from Birmingham! Go figure!

UPDATE: The item was posted incorrectly by SND Electrical hence it ended up in Scotland, however, it was still posted late. Because of my review above this SND Electrical contacted the post office and arranged to have the item returned to them, they said my submission above was racist! It was not, only truthful.
So, I await my reimbursement! Contact by phone and email has to date (13 Jan 26)Two weeks later, not prompted a payment, I have still not received my money, over a £100, this is despite receiving several emails in the last two days saying it has been refunded?
Anyone reading this who then goes on to use this company, needs their head read. I wish I had looked at some of the reviews here before doing so myself, fact is I found the same item, same price, delivered the next day after purchasing online from Curry's. What a difference!

Second UPDATE:
A SECOND update by SND Electrical has been made today, 18 May 2026, months after their first response, for some unknown reason?
It was suggested the order was expedited within normal parameters, as stated in my original post, TWO other orders were placed at the same time on the same day at different companies in different parts of the UK and were received in good time, long before my call to SND to enquire as to the progress of my order!
It is also intimated I was abusive to the person answering my call, this is simply a lie, I was not at all abusive, I simply struggled to understand him, he was clearly not English speaking, but no abuse! Further, the reference to Birmingham is accurate, it is filled with non English speaking people. This is a fact is it not? Personally I thought it was a quite a funny remark.
Your company did not do well and therefore my 1 star review stands and I recommend others take care when dealing with you.

Terrible Customer service
Absolutely no help once they have your money, horrible attitude and your better of spending the extra £20 for something of Amazon as you know they are a safe company!

Absolutely shocking to deal with there courier put my parcel in the bin when I wasn't there and my bins got emptied. So I have lost out on £250 and they have not even tried to help in the slightest, saying it's my fault that I ordered it when I wasn't there?

Very very slow company still haven't got my order,tracking doesn't change much either says same thing over and over. Will not bother ordering again,if I'd ordered from amazon i would have it by now. Very disappointed customer.

Bought two Smart Switches for Led Lights which was not 100% happy with as lights were flickering once installed. They asked the mske of Led Lights which I gave them and that was it...not another peep from the do I sent them back for full refund!!
