I purchased an Eufy wall light camera off their website one evening but changed my mind about the delivery option I picked. I gave them a call the next day and spoke to the web customer service, very friendly and resolved the issue for me very quickly. I haven't had the light installed yet, but it was the best price online I could find and it was delivered very quickly. I won't hesitate to buy from them again

Had a small problem with a product they had sold me online - I rang their offices and explained the problem and immediately the kind person answering the phone had offered an equitable solution. Excellent service - highly recommended

A quality product which is highly efficient and with 20,000 hrs should last but provides a nice warm white light output and with IP65 is suitable for mostly anywhere.

Helpfully the customer services team matched a price when I needed more and after an initial supply delay were received quickly via tracked courier. Can't recommend SND Electrical enough.

sent me a cam that did not work ....then i had to run around and package and pay for the return....basically it cost me money for nothing .

In my order I included an item which was not what I needed. I emailed SND and they changed the order before despatch with no extra charge (the swapped item was more expensive). The speed of service and no fuss approach was exemplary. Thanks.

I bought a Ring doorbell with transformer and chime. The attached instructions are very minimal and I had a big problem getting the faceplate off the doorbell. I contacted Sanj at SND Electrical and he was more than helpful and eventually found and e mailed me the relevant ‘Ring video’ showing how to remove the faceplate.

Looking for some Electrical Boxes and came across SND Electrical stocking the precise make (Marlanvil) I wanted. They had the full range at the best prices anywhere (and half the price of my normal supplier), and postage charges set at a very realistic level.
Arrived within a few days (would have been sooner except for RMG postal strikes so out of their control) and precisely what I ordered.
I could not ask for a better customer experience and next time looking for electrical stuff, I will be checking out their website. Just a shame I am much too far away to visit their premises but a easy to use Website compensates.

I usually use Trustpilot to slag off companies that have poor customer service but this time it's the opposite.

I bought a product from them called SpeedComfort fans - you fit them under rads to improve convection. The product itself is absolutely useless, but SND were excellent and once I'd returned the product in perfect condition they immediately made a full refund. On top of that they went out of their way to be helpful.

I would definitely buy from them again.

I ordered an item from their website. Following confirmation of my order I was later emailed with the following message

Your order has been cancelled
Order # was cancelled because we suspect it is fraudulent and your payment has been refunded .

I rang them to find out what they are playing at and was told they have had some fraudulent payments - try another card or use PayPal. No apology for wasting my time.

I tried purchasing again using a MasterCard and guess what - same thing occurs only with a preliminary email saying "Unfortunately, your order has been flagged up as medium risk of fraud. We are unable to process your order and we will be cancelling & refunding you."

I'm not prepared to pay by BACS as it affords little to no protection to me so they can just take a running jump for having wasted my time.

Great customer service and nothing to much trouble, I ordered my purchase online, then I called to see if they have a different type of bulb to the ones I ordered. They said they didn't but offered to check with their suppliers, and get back to me. During this time of calling them they knew my order without asking for my order number and they were very good at knowing their customer.

They called me back with regards to my enquiry the next day as they said they would. Sadly they didn't manage to get the bulb I was asking about as it don't appear to be made anywhere. This has not affected the way I feel how fantastic the customer service was they are willing to help and go that extra mile to help fulfil their customer's needs.

Excellent service would recommend to anyone.
