I ordered for standard delivery (24.4.26) and hadn't heard that my items had been dispatched for 6 days. I then got in touch (30.4.26) as I needed the items for a holiday and asked to pay for special delivery. I paid the special delivery charge for next day delivery if ordered before 1pm and I ordered on 1.5.26 before 1pm (so paid for 2 types of delivery). This was on a Friday before Bank Holiday. The order didn't get dispatched until the Tuesday and arrived on the Wednesday which was then nearly 2 weeks after original order. Luckily the items arrived 15 minutes before I left for my holiday but this wasn't the service that I expect so I will be unlikely to use the company again.

Easy to find what you want on the website, lots of options. Beautiful bra and briefs, good quality products. Arrived quickly and packaged well.

Really bad experience, order not shipped. No response to my messages. One random email claiming they have been trying to contact me about my order but no correlation to my message. No option for response to the email, and no other emails/messages. Not a user friendly website after you have ordered. After two weeks tried to cancel, no option and no response. Would not buy anything from them again

I know this bra should fit because I have the same exact Bra. I was sent the UK size instead of the US size that I ordered. Now I have to pay shipping when the order was not my fault. Irritated.

Hello, I have been ordering my new bras from 'Braforme' for some years now and I am always happy with the service I get.
I find my way around the website with ease. I am a big fan of the ' Fantasie' brand. The fabrics that are used are exquisite, which allows for great support and comfort for all sizes, but in particular the smaller back and bigger cup, which I myself am, and therefore wear 'the illusion' with great side support. Great value for money with some great prices on branded lingerie.

Great range of merchandise, clear and helpful information and very happy with quality of service.

Great that bras that don’t fit properly can be returned. My only criticism would be that the refund takes so long

Placed an order for 4 bras as I was unsure of size. I returned 2 of them which they confirmed they received on 20th April. I chased my refund up on 29th April and was told 10 working days. Its now 11th May and still no sign of my money. I emailed again first thing this morning to tell them to send my refund today and surprise surprise no response yet. Even when (if) they process it today it'll be another 3 - 5 working days to receive it. Absolutely appalling service, I will never order from this company again.

I ordered from here 2 weeks ago, on the confirmation it said delivery Royal Mail 24 hours but to date have received nothing. I have emailed the company quite a few times but no reply at all. I am now not sure if I will get this as it’s absolutely impossible to speak to anyone and I can I’ll afford to lose this money. I certainly won’t be buying from here again.

Appalling company to deal with. Ordered goods & the payment was taken on 1st April, goods arrived, I returned them the next day and it has taken them until 9th of May to start the process to return my money and it may take another 5 days to show in my account. I have had to constantly chase them for my refund or I don’t think they would have bothered. Extremely unprofessional & their e mail responses in the beginning were downright rude.

It takes a long time to receive goods & also a long time to get refunds. Items are of good quality but service v slow u fortunately!

Excellent bras. Ordered 3. 2 were perfect. One a little big.
Easy return.
Delighted as I am an unusual size 34K.

Items arrived quickly and I found i had more choice.
