Ordering was easy and delivered ok although could not track and it took a bit longer than expected but all in very good

Well the order never arrived, after the order acknowledgement nothing, I chased it not much success so I told them to cancel the order, which they did, so my experience was overall pretty poor. The prices seemed quite favourable, there is an old saying - you get what you pay for.

Good bra at a good price. However the bra took 2 weeks to arrive! Order was confirmed straight away but no update received until I chased it. Disappointing!

Really pleased with these bras, they fit really well. Would recommend them. Delivery took a bit longer than I thought it would, but in the end it was worth the wait.

Amazing bra excellent fit. At last I have found a bra that fits me.

Great Product, Nightmare Service.
The product itself is actually great, but the customer service is a dealbreaker. I had to repeatedly chase them down for a delayed refund. It shouldn’t be this much work to get your own money back. I won’t be shopping here again.

Bought several bras via Debenhams who used Braforme. Refund not complete and they refuse to complete it. So I am left out of pocket over £45. Still fighting after almost 8 weeks.Don't risk your money

Returned 2 bras for a refund & have had to chase them up as no communication or money 10 days after they received the return. No reply to my email yet.

Bit disappointed with this experience. Not much available in my size. Packaging was lack lustre, 2 bras in very old crumpled bags and one loose in the outer bag. Delivery took 9 days so I didn't have them for the event I was going to. One of the three was an extra treat and fitted well so I kept that, but I sent the other 2 back.

Bras are from good manufacturers. The fit was great and very comfortable. Free delivery with options to return if needed. I would use this company again.

Would not use again. Even though the price was reasonable REALLY poor customer service. Bra never arrived even after a few emails then the order was cancelled as they could not state when i would receive the bra. I genuinely don't think they had it in stock!

Refund service is very poor and takes far too long to process. Won't be using this company again after having to chase for my refund, which I still haven't got!

Dear BraForMe, i am sorry to say i was very disappointed with the Jane bra that you have sent me. it is a very bad fit and rides up between my shoulders. i have bought from Anita direct but bought it from you because it was a bit cheaper which means a lot to me as i am a pensioner. also the box it came in was torn and squashed. i would really like my money back but could not findyour return policy and recieved no reciept

Easy to order. Delivery when expected. And my bra was £8 cheaper than I paid in a shop. Excellent service.
