Good selection but the refund process…
Good selection but the refund process is poor and covert slow. From return to refund took almost a month. I will not use again for this reason alone.

Disappointing customer service
The bras were as expected when they arrived but delivery times were shocking and there was now effort to rectify this when I emailed. I firstly emailed to ask where my order was and got a reply to that but when I send a complaint back and asked how the issue would be rectified I didn’t receive a response at all. Really disappointing customer service. For reference I should have received my order in 4-6 days but received them on day 13 after ordering

Useless company
I ordered 2 items. The website states 2-5 days delivery. 12 days later I’ve heard nothing. I’ve emailed several times, the first time I got a reply, now it’s just deafening silence. I shall contact my credit card company to see if they can return the payment to me. This company is useless. I will never order from them again and I suggest anyone reading this review doesn’t order from them either.

I only found this website recently and can't believe I've been paying Prima Donna prices directly to Prima Donna. Now I can buy the same bras for a fraction of the cost! I'll definitely be using you again.
