Very happy to take money - send us confirmation of purchase and then of dispatch - BUT week or so later no delivery and company now stating we have not got a valid order number after sending copies of paperwork?!!?

Issues with website
No order confirmation, no nothing. Emailed them multiple times and no response either. Its been a week
EDIT: The company seems to have issues with their email, the issue was easily resolved however

Took my money 10 days ago, no order confirmation, no dispatch notification, item has not arrived and no response to my email. Currently chasing a refund through PayPal.

Faulty on arrival but quickly solved
Product was faulty on arrival, but customer service team were quick to respond and offer a replacement product and free return of faulty item.
