If i could add 0 stars i would. I ordered at 10pm and been waiting for over an hour, at 11.10pm my order got cancelled…now there s nowhere open to order food from. Unbelievable

Terrible, never returning.
Wow, I’m shocked at how bad this was. First of all there was mold on me and my friend’s burger 🤮, lucky I never ate it or I would’ve been sick. If I could rate it a 0 star I would trust me.

Ordered on uber eats the store delivered themselves, I got a delivery time of 18:10 and 18:30 and it got to 18:48 still hadn’t arrived and no update so I rang the store he said hello normally and after I asked what time my order would be here the guy pretended he couldn’t hear me in a pretend accent almost like he was trying to mimic me repeating “hello hello hello” then put the phone down I rang back again and before I even said anything he was said “on his way” so he did hear me the first time was just being so incredibly rude! I won’t order from here again just because of this!
Chicken wings although not many were really nice but the burger was below average tasted extremely salty but bland and a bit boring.
The man who actually delivered it was fine but the man on the phone has let the whole company down because I will deffo do the opposite of recommending to anyone else

I ordered from the SoBe Burger - Borehamwood Brookmeadow location through Just Eat. Burger meat was almost raw and food was cold, don't think I will be ordering from them again.

My order did not arrive!!!!
My order did not arrive!!!!! Safe to say I've made a formal complaint on justeat.com.
I've been ordering from here regularly as they make vegan burgers. Will not be ordering ever again.

Extremely rude staff
Extremely unhappy and angry with the service from the restaurant. When the food arrived, we were missing an item. After eventually finding a phone number for the restaurant, they asked what the order number was. I gave them the order number and they denied having the order despite me having the receipt in front of me. I repeated the order number and the worker then just hung up the phone without even trying to resolve the matter. They clearly do not care about customer service!!

I’d rate this 0 if I could! Absolutely vile food. Cold, extremely greasy and looked like it had been thrown into the bag. The chicken tenders where open and randomly just in the bag and out of their container.
So disappointed.
The burger was soggy and greasy. The chicken tenders were dry and appeared to have been cooked well before I ordered and left under a heat lamp.
Would definitely not recommend ordering from here

Avoid, rubbish!!!!
Ordered through Uber, completely wrong order delivered. No way to call them to correct and get sorted.
Really disappointing, avoid unless you want to order a burger, and get a portion of chips instead!!!!!
