I have numerous thermal and normal socks, also thermal vest and long John's. All of excellent quality, good prices, and speedy delivery.

Received confirmation emails that order had been shipped. Two weeks later and no sign with Royal Mail tracking showing they have not received from SockShop.
Online chat function does not work.
Absolutely appalling customer service. I suppose I will have to initiate a chargeback on my credit card and never shop with them again.

True to the on-line description I found your bamboo socks to be smooth, comfortable and gentle to the skin. Only one size could be found though and that was "7-11".
But what I did not find on line were the recommended washing instructions which were only evident on the received packaging. Much of these made sense of course, but a couple did not. I like to do a full machine load programmed wash and this would include socks with underwear. The washed items would then be tumble dried - but tumble drying these socks is not recommended. Ouch!
Could they, alternatively be washed with items that do not need tumble drying? The recommendation is to wash them separately - are you suggesting the colours will run? Who washes socks separately in these days of economies.
Had I been aware of these restrictions, I would have looked elsewhere for my sock replacements.

We appreciate your point that the recommended care instructions were not clearly available on the product page before you placed your order. We understand that washing and drying instructions are important when choosing everyday socks, particularly when you have an established laundry routine.
The recommendation to wash separately is intended to help maintain the colour and quality of the socks, while the advice against tumble drying is to help preserve the fibres and extend the life of the product. We appreciate, however, that having to alter your usual washing routine can be inconvenient.
Your feedback regarding the availability and clarity of the care instructions online is extremely useful, and we will pass this on to our product team for consideration.

But Sloggi bra bought was far too small. When checked on sloggi website realised Sockshop did not include the correct sizing chart. Now I'm having difficulty returning itme as can't print out returns label or scan a QR code. The webchat wasn't helpful. Spent hours on this already.

Socks for all feet
My husband has type 2 diabetes so has to be careful of his choice of socks and shoes. I recently found the virtually seamless socks in the Sockshop which also have soft tops and he absolutely loves them. So much so that all his other socks (and he has a lot!) have been relegated to a spare drawer and now he'll only wear the Sockshop ones. The quality is great, they're very soft and stay soft after washing.

Extremely disappointed with the service-not even received any apology for no delivery of my order
Extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I had ordered socks in good time for my daughter starting secondary school. They were not delivered on the nominated day, despite paying for quicker delivery just to make doubly sure they arrived.
When I received an email to say they had been delivered, (the day before school started) it turned out they had been delivered but not to my address in London- back to the warehouse in Bolton.
Having no socks added to an already stressful situation for my daughter. She had to wear the wrong colour socks only her first day and was extremely upset. It spoilt what should have been a memorable (albeit nerve racking) day.
When I contacted Sockshop to check if the order was still being delivered, I was told they would be in contact once the order had been processed. I asked for clarification what ‘processed’ meant. Did it mean they were still going to be delivered or was I going to receive a refund. I also stated that I was very surprised that I had not received any apology at all from Sockshop.
The reply :-
Hello
‘No its on its way back here so when we receive/process we will be in touch’
Still no wiser what this means and appallingly still no apology.
I will not be shopping here again.

Unfortunately deliveries are out of our control. Looking at your order there was no house number provided on your order, hence why it is being returned to us

I was promised delivery in 3 days, still not here after 5. Contacted them and Sera was blunt , useless , blamed royal mail and then said as it is not a product problem I will now stop the chat!! And just cut the chat! Pathetic!

Easy to access website
Easy to access website, ordering is very easy, plenty of choice for men's socks, but i always order the black bamboo diabetic socks for my husband, he suffers from Diabetic Neuropathy in his feet and we have tried so many socks, i came across this website and ordered the socks and for the first time in a long time he said his feet feels pretty good, he absolutely loves these socks, thank you so much 👍 😊

These are the only socks I'll buy..
These are the only socks I'll buy for my fussy kid. The fabric is soft and they dont complain about seams bring uncomfortable like they do with other brands.
