Very quick delivery after order. Socks are lovely and soft and just right. The material is fabulous, material does not dig in and leaves no marks after taking off socks . Well worth buying - we will be ordering more.

This is the second time my order has…
This is the second time my order has been incorrectly delivered. They are a firm that cannot get on order correct. I will not buy from them again and I advise you not to if you are thinking of buying from them. Find an alternative
It had nothing to do with the post. SOCKSHOP had packed the wrong items together . They are completely to blame.

I would, however, like to clarify that once an order has been dispatched, the delivery of the parcel is handled by Royal Mail and is unfortunately outside of our control. We can provide the correct delivery information and dispatch the order as requested, but we cannot control where Royal Mail leaves or delivers the parcel.

Not smooth toe seams as described
Re “women’s 3 pair plain and patterned bamboo ankle socks” 71023Z & K2062Z. These are described as having smooth toe seams, which I particularly wanted. However be aware they DO NOT have smooth toe seams. I have contacted Sockshop and suggested they should change their description as it is misleading. They said they would pass this on.
I have bought other smooth toe seam socks before and they have been fine.
Just be aware these particular socks have been described wrongly.

I purchase from the SockShop every year…
I purchase from the SockShop every year before school starts again (mainly cause my kids either lose socks). My daughters Autistic and hates wearing socks at school, the bamboo socks from SockShop however are the only socks she will wear! When I told her I got her some new bamboo socks this year she exclaimed a “yay”! They are a fan fave in my house.
The bamboo socks are so soft, when matching them up you can absolutely match them based on feel without even needing to look! And with the deal they have on each time I order, I can get them for £1 a pair!
I’ll continue to be a repeat customer.
Also they dispatch very quick too! My latest order arrived within 48 hours of ordering!!

AVOID!! Ordered some socks they arrived with holes in and frayed, sent photos immediately after receiving, contacted customer service they didn't seem bothered one bit, told me I have to arrange return myself before they would even refund or replace. Terrible company.
