Easy to work with, no hidden fees, if you don't understand something you call and they will help you understand, they really gave me a huge help when I needed it so bad. Definitely a go to company, no stress and easy setup.

Efficient and Quick service and delivery

On 9/28 I specified that I would need a second dumpster delivered on 10/9. On 10/8 I reached out to double-check, and was ignored. On 10/9 I spent half my day back and forth on emails asking why this was not scheduled or done when they knew for over a week that this was the plan. I was told Monday 10/12 was the best they could do at that point. Well guess what? It's Monday 10/12 and you know what I STILL don't have? A second dumpster. This has been an extremely frustrating experience and has been embarrassing as hell to tell our clients that we're not prepared because YOU GUYS failed us.

I’m not sure how cost competitive your company is however, your response time was impressive as the dumpster arrived at my home within 48 hours. That being said, I was disappointed in the number of hoops I had to clear to avoid paying more than the agreed upon price. I feel like your company stole an incremental $100 due to a minor infraction. Therefore I would encourage anyone planning to use your services to research other vendors first.

we rented a dumpster from you guys and like always very professional company to deal with. 5 star !!!!

Everything went well, the ordering process, the delivery and pick up. I think the only issue I had was with the dumpster itself. It had a 5x5 inch hole at the bottom, plus other holes at the bottom. I made wood plug for the large hole because I did not want any debris to get dropped while traveling. Service was fantastic from Liz and the drivers were very nice and knowledgable.

Overall extremely professional. Was very truthful with overages on weight and the company was on time and worked with me on dropoff and pick up times. My only complaint is that they charged days on weekends but they are not opened which I think is unfair, but they are great. I would definitely rent from them in the future.

Returned my texts, emails, and calls. Reliable delivery and pickup of dumpster. Reasonable pricing. I would use them again.
