Absolutely disappointed beyond belief
Absolutely disappointed beyond belief. - I saw great reviews so I decided to trust this website and ordered some seeds on the 10th of January 2026. It's now the 23rd of January and still nothing at ALL. No update, no email response to my THREE emails I've sent. No contact option outside of what clearly is a pointless email contact and I can't seem to choose a refund/charge back option as I did this involving SHOP.
I don't really know what to do? Not sure how this website is allowed to do this.

Scam website
Used this online company for first time 16/01/26. Contacted them via email 3 times and no response. Haven’t received my order and they do not have telephone contact. Their website gave various payment options, one of which was Paypal but after several failed attempts to pay by this method, I then used my credit card which was accepted. They give their limited company information on their website but after looking them up on companies house website, I discovered the company was dissolved in 2024. I have now initiated a charge back with my credit card company. Don’t touch them with a barge pole.

Awful company, not even registered as seed specialists
Within minutes of completing order was spammed with 56 e-mails. Following no response to my complaint about this I e-mailed saying I wanted to cancel my order. No response to this, no refund processed, no seeds despatched. Will have to raise a chargeback. On checking their company no. on Companies House, they aren't even seed specialists. This is their business category: 47599 - Retail of furniture, lighting, and similar (not musical instruments or scores) in specialised store

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS A SHAM. LIKE MANY OTHERS BELOW I HAVE EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEM. I ordered seeds on 31 December. I have still not received them. I have sent three emails and completed two contact forms with no reply. I received a notification on Shop app they use that my goods were delivered today. THEY WERE NOT!!! Unfortunately the Shop app takes no responsibly for non delivery and advise contacting the seller. Sow Seeds conveniently have no phone number.
Update 24/1/26. Sow Seeds eventually emailed me to say there was a problem with my order. Refunded me for one item out of stock which I’ve received. Another email promised goods were on their way. A week later from email reminder still no seeds and no reply to email enquiring where they were. I placed my order on 31 December and I’ve received nothing but broken promises and misleading emails.

Terrible: not what it seems
I wanted to support a small business. However this is not the small Yorkshire company advertised. That company was dissolved in 2024! I bought a seed collection for my best friend. The collection arrived promptly but looked very different to the pictures on the website. White plastic bags of seeds; I could not even read what was in 3 of them. No instructions; just plain plastic bags. The cover of the box was obviously done when the printer ink was running out. It looks so unprofessional and not a thoughtful gift for a friend. I have tried to contact the company 3 times and have had no response. Apparently you cannot call them as it is too expensive for a small company. I am so disappointed and just want my money back. Don't waste yours!

This companies performance was at first not very good , I eventually put that down to the staff that dealt with me in the first place . I ordered 2 packets of seeds a week ago which still haven't arrived and I can see that it took them 5 days to dispatch after I placed my order. Their website mentions in numerous places that they dispatch and deliver quickly. For two packets of seeds this is an unreasonable amount of time. I see from other reviews that this is an issue.

Really great customer service. Seeds high quality with all but one pack giving a bumper harvest. I needed a replacement packet where the wrong ones were sent and this was done with ease and no charge.

Dealings with the people from the company were straight forward and uncomplicated. I asked for the seeds to be sent to my sister in Kent, we live if France. I was told when to expect delivery and sure enough they were there when I went to pick them up. Well done
