Created by Abi Selby, Spabreaks.com is a spa booking service working with more than 1300 spa destinations in the UK and overseas and arranging spa days and breaks for up to 6,000 people each week. From a small team of three, we have grown to a family of more than 90 members of staff with an office of knowledgeable spa consultants in Brighton. But those are just the numbers. Charlotte was really helpful. The hotel that had originally been selected was no longer available and she went through the options in the city we required aswell as explaining what was available at the new hotel we choose.

Very disappointed with my experience using SpaBreaks.
I booked a spa day for two through SpaBreaks and paid £398, believing I was getting a competitive deal. Shortly afterwards, I discovered that the exact same package was available directly through the spa’s own website for £318.40 – almost £80 cheaper.
I contacted SpaBreaks to explain my concerns and asked them to review the price difference. Their response was simply that the spa was running its own sale and that they had no control over the pricing, therefore they would not offer any refund, price adjustment, or goodwill gesture.
While I understand businesses can have different pricing structures, I find it unacceptable that a specialist booking company is charging significantly more than booking directly with the venue. What disappointed me most was the complete lack of willingness to help or acknowledge how unfair this feels from a customer’s perspective.
Had I known I could book the same package directly for £79.60 less, I would never have used SpaBreaks. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling misled and undervalued as a customer.
I would strongly recommend that anyone considering booking through SpaBreaks checks the venue’s website first, as you may find the same package available at a much lower price.

I feel compelled to leave an amazing review as I almost didnt book due to a negative review I saw online. I booked a spa day slot followed by afternoon tea for my 40th and enjoyed my time. The venue was just what I needed. It was clean, hospitable and all facilities were well kept. I will definitely book again.

Handy to aggregate possible options and deals, but there seemed to be a disconnect between what the website says, and what the actual spa situation is (time of booking).
Also, the prices seem quite different - so looks like you're paying a premium for convenience of seeing the deals in one place.

I booked a spa break as part of my hen weekend and was unable to add one guest through the website. I rang up once I had made the main booking online and spoke to Bianka and she managed to get in touch with the hotel to add my final guest on. Bianka was very helpful, polite and professional as well as efficient. Thank you for making my hen weekend complete!

Booked an overnight (Sat to Sun) spa break for my partner and her sister via Spa Breaks as a birthday treat.
Unfortunately, a medical emergency on the Friday meant my partner called the spa to amend the booking. They (incorrectly) informed her to contact Spa Breaks, which I did via the online amendment option as there was no answer at the call centre. Due to the time on Friday, no response would have been forthcoming for 48 hrs, so I called the Spa Breaks call centre first thing on Saturday morning. Despite the website stating that it was open 9-5 on Saturday, it was closed, offering no other option to try to resolve this issue.
When I finally received contact from Spa Breaks on Monday, they contacted the spa who denied ever receiving a call from my partner but Spa Breaks admitted that the venue had given the wrong info to her to contact Spa Breaks (which is an admission that contact was made). Yet Spa Breaks have stated that the entire booking cost is lost, with no possibility of amending.
Whilst I appreciate that the venue should not lose money, the response of Spa Breaks as the booking agent has been poor. All they have done is hide behind 'terms and conditions' with no regard for the people or circumstances involved. Furthermore, they have not even acknowledged their failures in not staffing the call centre as advertised.
Given the reputation of this company, I expected better from Spa Breaks who clearly think that £350 is an acceptable cost for a one star review.
I will not be using this company again
