Created by Abi Selby, Spabreaks.com is a spa booking service working with more than 1300 spa destinations in the UK and overseas and arranging spa days and breaks for up to 6,000 people each week. From a small team of three, we have grown to a family of more than 90 members of staff with an office of knowledgeable spa consultants in Brighton. But those are just the numbers. Had a lovely Sunday night spa break at Marriott Park Tudor Country Club. Massage was fantastic, food was amazing and the staff were very attentive and helpful. Highly recommended.

have been looking at making a booking all week, in time before their summer sale ends (not for another 4 days). Went to make the booking today (sunday 27th September), again same price id seen all week - made the booking over live chat, got to payment and conveniently the price is now £40 more, woman advised that prices havnt changed, when i can guarantee you they have! very naughty of spa breaks! did not continue with the booking! (have also just noticed that the bank holiday sunday was included in the deal, and since trying to book, this has also now been pulled, so they cant say they havent made changes as they have!
I have been contacted since regarding my review stating this date was never included in the offer but I can confirm I am 1000% certain that all of the Sundays in September were indeed included until time of payment.

Really easy to redeem my voucher and book our Spa Day. The assistant was super friendly, and did her best to arrange everything (times, treatments) that we'd hoped for. We're looking forward to our Spa Experience! xx

I tried to book a spa break on line as I had a voucher. I was not succeeding so decided to phone Spa Breaks. Sophie Bonwick was the very helpful person that I spoke to, she was incredibly helpful, and my booking was confirmed today.

Spa breaks were accommodating and Karina was very helpful and booked a deal last minute for our anniversary! I couldnt recommend Spa breaks enough it was a great, friendly and professional service. Thank you for making it a special day for us!

Very poor customer service.
Got a voucher from a relative for Xmas for a spa afternoon, with Hot chocolate and Ginger biscuits.
Tried to book in January, and they said I could only book in January (even though the voucher was valid till dec 2026. They also said "Hot chocolate and Ginger biscuits will no longer be available."
To make it short, they then told me that I could book something else, asked a different date. It took them a month to reply, 2 days before the potential booking.
I was initially offered a refund via email, which I then asked for, but they said it's not possible.
In short, it's very tedious, the customer service is poor, not worth the painful booking and lack of consideration from the team.
Update 05/07/26: The customer service tried to contact me once as mentionned and never tried again. They could have sent an email, but that would have been too easy.

Pretty poor. Aside from the fact that the venue itself - Last Drop Village near Bolton - was an absolute dump, I did not hear anything back from Spabreaks after booking. I chased by email - no response. I called and was told they'd follow up with the spa and email me back - nothing. Desperately, I rang the "spa" itself and was told they'd emailed me (I'd received nothing). Turns out they'd been given an incorrect email address for me by Spabreaks. This was frustrating and annoying. I had to chase the "spa" and do all of the running around myself. It would have been easier (and possibly cheaper) to book direct myself! Also, don't they quality check the venues. Last Drop Village's "spa" is run-down, dirty, horrible. No one should pay to use the "facilities" there!

Drew made extra calls to the hotel to try and work around my options which he did successfully so that I could complete the booking. These options were not available online. Happy customer 😊
