I had the most incredible customer service experience with Specs Collective and would not hesitate to shop with them again or recommend family & friends! They offered me multiple options to customize my glasses to get them just the way I wanted. Shipping was delayed due to Covid-19 but they communicated with me throughout the entire experience. I wish I had known about them sooner! Will definitely be shopping with them again.

I’m 75 and have been wearing glasses since I was 5. This is the first time I’ve ordered glasses online. This required an enormous leap of faith. Would the size be right? How about the color? Would I look like a goof? Would the prescription be correct? Everything that would normally be answered by a visit to my neighborhood eyeglass store would have to wait until the finished product showed up in the mail. To my great relief and pleasure the glasses came today and they’re perfect. Thanks to Oliver O. who guided me through the purchase.

I was terrified to buy the frames I wanted so badly Retrosuperfuture Numero26. I had ordered these very frames from another on-line company who after 2 months of waiting, I had to cancel my order and wait for my refund.
Oliver at Specs Collective is awesome! He checked stock with RSF told me they were in fact available and just how long it would take. Naturally I would be skeptical however I ordered the frames and to my surprise not only did the glasses arrive earlier than I was told I was able to watch their progress to my door. Highly recommended Specs Collective!

I am very happy with my designer glasses Mykita - handmade in Germany - , and my overall purchase experience with Specs Collective.

1) Background: 3 GLASSES STORES advertising having my Mykita model and colour IN STOCK ended up turned me down saying the model was discontinued to no available in North America and issued me a refund with partial apologizes!%? Seriously, that is bad business from those other stores.

2) Anyway, after some browsing online I found Specs Collective had them online. Was it too good to be true?! Well Oliver confirmed to me by phone and email that Specs Collective had the Mykita model in the colour I wanted! The frame would come from Germany, therefore a little delay was to be expected but they had them!

3) Specs Collective did amazing time-wise for process and shipping: It took exactly the time frame I was informed prior to purchase for receiving my very hard to find Mykita glasses (3 weeks from Germany to USA-CA) and then shipped to NY.

4) Customer service associate Oliver keeps me updated about the status of my order, and shipping. He was also responsive to my messages and phone call; communication was professional and friendly.

N/A) Lenses: I did not have my lenses produced by Specs Collective so I can’t comment on that part. However Oliver sent me specification about lenses I inquired about. Prompt and very informative.

Conclusion: I will purchase again! Team Specs Collective goes above and beyond: Keep the good work (reviewed June 2018)
