Specs Collective was fantastic
Specs Collective was fantastic. I usually purchase Matsuda frames. Oliver provided the ultimate customer service - helpful advice and fast response. Secondly, the price was more than 25% less than the optician I have been purchasing glasses from from 23 years.

Excellent customer service, policies and patience!
I ordered a total of 5 frames from Specs Collective because I wanted to try on different styles and I saw that they do not have a restocking fee. I realize ordering 5 frames and returning 4 of them could be obnoxious but it is important to me that my glasses fit me well, as I wear them every day. Oliver was very understanding and he even helped me decide on a pair after I sent photos of me wearing different pairs. His shipping was fast, the glasses were packed well, and he was friendly and patient with me. My refund for the other 4 pairs came quickly. I would do business with Oliver and Specs Collective again in a heartbeat!

Mykita Dreamland
Great selection of Mykita glasses, I was looking for a particular pair and couldn’t find any at my local optometrists. They had the frame - took about 1 week to arrive and was packaged nice and safe. Would recommend to anyone looking for a Mykita frame.
