What a great service Spin doctors. Got a prompt call back to book the faulty dishwasher, Carol who booked it was polite and helpful. They visited within 48 hours. The engineer Craig was a great communicator calling twice to confirm arrival time. He was polite and interested completing the fix in quick time with no extra charges. Didn't have to wait long for a callout. Great communication the whole time. Although th engineers tried everything my machine was not able to be brought back to life but I will certainly use them again

Used Spin Doctor to fix a faulty cooling fan on our oven.

Engineer was thorough and didn't want to leave until sure the problem was diagnosed. Even though no parts were replaced, the cooker appears to be working as it should.

Spin Doctor sent someone out within a few hours of my call to look at my washing machine. David attended and he was very friendly and was able to diagnose the issue very quickly, improving the problem and increasing the life of the machine. Would highly recommend.

Great experience using this company for the first time. We booked an engineer to come and look at both our washing machine and tumble dryer which both were emitting burning smells. David attended and quickly diagnosed a drum problem with the washing machine and although we could potentially have got a bit more time out of it we decided to order a new machine (also through Spin Doctor). The tumble dryer was opened up and a whole load of lint was cleaned out from the internal parts of the machine not accessible to us. This is now back to functioning! The new washing machine was ordered and fitted (by another David!) within 24 hours whereas it would have been 2 weeks to get the same one delivered from John Lewis. Great service and would recommend and use again!

Spin doctors should absolutely be your first choice for repairs, I have a split grill element and was looking at nearly £600 to have a equivalent replacement, installed and delivered. Spin doctors Brilliant Knowledgeable customer service and speedy Engineer repair only cost me £150 (with part).
They Literally saved my Bacon.

Wow what an absolutely fantastic company. Chris came to repair my washing machine. As we expected being 12+ years old it wasn't worth repairing once we were given a quote for the work. Chris then showed us various models & chose one saying it would be delivered same day. He tidied up & placed the order put the old machine outside. Within 20 minutes of Chris going the new washing machine was delivered & the old one taken away. I was very pleased with how professional friendly & efficient with the whole process from coming out to the delivery. This really is an impressive company to do trade with & throughly recommend Spin Doctors

Excellent service and unmatched professionalism. Technician Chris was punctual, knowledgeable, had all the correct tools and parts, and went above and beyond to fix our malfunctioning washing machine. He replaced the broken impeller, fixed our broken door handle, and even correctly reinstalled our door seal after a bogus company had put it in upside down. High-quality work. We would definitely use them again
