When my fridge freezer broke Thursday evening unsure what to do I contacted spin doctor early Friday morning. By 9am they had called me arranged for an engineer to come out to me and explained fully the process. Having explained what times I could do the company rearranged so an engineer could come to me next, he arrived promptly was extremely professional. Explained the fault with my applicance and that it couldn’t be fixed. Not leaving it there he advised exactly what I needed to do when contacting the appliance manufacturers what the fault was and what they would need from me. He sent the report over immediately so I had this for my call knowing I couldn’t be without a fridge for long. I cannot explain how phenomenal this company was from the diligence on the phone, the aftercare and the fantastic customer service from the engineer. I am so pleased we contacted them and by 10am Friday with the support from spin doctor I know what’s wrong with my current appliance and have contacted for a replacement which is coming early next week. A massive thank you such a supportive and friendly company, 5* isn’t enough for you all!

This was the second time using spin doctor and The whole experience was tip top from the first phone call to a very competent person and the engineer coming and completing the repair, no hidden costs or bull, well done spin doctor.

I called Friday, as my dishwasher wasn't working properly. Had the choice of an appointment either Saturday or Monday. Opted for Saturday. Phil the repair man arrived between the 8am -2pm time slot. Sorted the problem very quickly. Works very clean & tidy. I used SpinDoctor when my washing machine had a moment and thought of them straight away. Very happy with them. Would definitely recommend 👌

Really efficient, I logged the problem with the out of hours phone line in the evening, by 9.30 I had a call back to confirm booking. Chris arrived at lunch time , paid him for the new part and machine was working again by the afternoon. Can’t get any better than this wish rest of my life was this simple !
