I would definitely recommend using Spin Doctor.
The administration process was very efficient. The service was prompt and I received good, helpful advice from the call out technician. Installing a replacement washing machine and the removal of the old machine was carried out very smoothly.

Please don’t. If your hob or any other electrical appliances is more than 5 years old just get a replacement. Looking to have it repaired Is a gamble. As if the engineer turns up and say it is beyond economic repair. You lose your £98. Poor decision making on my part as It felt like a scam. I have now ordered a hob at curry’s (Hisense £149 with delivery) and getting a tradesman to install ( £80) £229 in total. In hindsight this is a better option. Better than gambling with a repair by this company. They do warn you at the start that the £98 is not refundable however, I wanted a quick turnaround but it ended up being a waste of time and money. I suggested to them that I buy a new hob from them and they install it. Asked if they would consider a discount but they declined and quoted £350 plus the £98. £448 in total. The whole experience appeared opportunistic to me.

From making the call to office staff to Engineer arriving on time and giving me update of arrival time, all ran perfectly. Dealt with issue speedily .. friendly, polite and informative.. thank you

The females that answered the call were extremely abrupt, the first female didn’t know what a tub was neither did the second why answer a call if you don’t know how to deal with enquiries. Then proceeded to be verbally abusive stating in “England we don’t call it a tub” I advised her to google it then she will know exactly what it is “A sealed drum washer uses a tub (often plastic) where the bearings and drum are permanently fixed”

Very efficient company, called on Sunday fixed by 10am Monday. Kieran the operative was brilliant.

I’m not one leave reviews but this service and especially Chris the technician were brilliant. Both in terms of ease of service, booking, website and value. I couldn’t recommend them more.Will be our go to now for repairs.

I can't fault the service from Spin Doctor. Quick, efficient and at a reasonable cost. Only thing I'd mentioned is to be sure the appliance is worth repairing as the cost was almost half the cost of a new machine. So probably not worth it for most appliances over 5 years old. That said better from an environmental perspective and I would recommend SpinDoctor if you want someone to repair your appliance.

Came the morning after I phoned. Fixed the dishwasher successfully. Very pleased.

Keiron came out on Monday, diagnosed that washing machine was not economically repairable. Ordered new machine and was delivered and fitted the next day. Even took the old machine away. Prices competitive with AO.

Jessica and Joanne at Spin Doctors have delivered 10/10 service with us at Leaders property management. They book in with our tenants within 10 minutes if they manage to get in touch with the tenants.

The appliances are installed rather quickly and they register the warranty for you too :)

The engineer was prompt, very professional while also being friendly and approachable. I felt that their charges were also quite reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending Spin Doctor to friends, colleagues and neighbours.

My letting agent sent someone from Spin Doctor round to fix my washing machine as it wasn't draining. The man was there for about an hour and replaced the drainage pump. He also gave me a few tips of things to try if the problem happened again. So far it's been much better indeed. He was really polite and seemed very knowledable so I'm very happy with the service indeed.

Very pleased with the whole experience. Booking was easy and the work was very professional.

Quick and speedy service. Booked online the night before and the engineer arrived the next morning and did the repair. I am very happy and think it was a fair price.

Really poor customer service. Was told that same day repairs are rarely possible despite what the website claims, before being messed about with inconsistent messages for several days whilst my tumble dryer was out of action. Needed to take the dryer door off to diagnose the problem (& help save their engineer time) & was initially told this wasn’t an issue before they then refused to fulfil the repair because I’d “tampered with it & some customers kick off” & blame them for damaging their appliance. Weren’t interested in listening to me or helping.

Thanks for acknowledging this feedback. I have not claimed that you attended my property or took any payment. I’m merely relaying my experience of your customer service, which is all truthful. I was given inconsistent messages about my request to use your services, which was disappointing. Threatening legal action for leaving a review is heavy handed when you could just acknowledge my experience & consider how others might fair better. I’m sure lots of customers have been very happy with your service, myself & others who have left critical reviews have had different experiences.

This is the second time I have used SpinDoctor on a very old machine. The first time was in 2023, They fixed my noisy indersit. They were very helpful, even showed me how to get the best out of my machine. This time they were unable to repair as the parts were going to cost too much and it would make more financial sense to buy a new one. Even though Craig was sure this was going to be the case on his first inspection of the machine, he still palled it out, he took the back and belt off to show us the problem. He was very helpful. I highly Recommend SpinDoctor the are very trustworthy and very good. They kept in contact with me and were very easy to call up. I was always able to get hold of someone instantly.
