Having been a regular customer over the years and have spent a considerable amount of money i was dismade to see some members of staff that standards have not improved for certain members with uniforms or appearance, for example we came in to look at upgrading our caravan on Thursday 23rd April which was fine we then went into the shop and was greated by one of your staff his manners were something to be disired his uniform was poor and in need of replacing, i do feel that this particular gent does lower the standards, i hope this can be addressed and when we call in again our visit will have improved.

We do take presentation and customer service seriously, although our approach to uniform has become more relaxed to reflect a more comfortable, leisure-focused environment. That said, we understand how this can impact first impressions.
Regarding the team member you mentioned, we’d like to share that he has recently undergone surgery and is currently wearing more comfortable clothing to support his recovery. We hope you can appreciate that his wellbeing is a priority while he returns to full duties.
We’re also sorry if his manner came across as less than welcoming, that’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and we will address this with the team to ensure our usual high standards are maintained.
We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back again soon for a much improved visit.
By far the best company
We purchased our first caravan here around three weeks ago and picked it up today.
We can’t thank Hannah, Will, and Tony enough for all their help. After initially purchasing from Salop Leisure and being unhappy with the service, we received a refund and then found this company. From start to finish, the service here was amazing.
The shop on-site was very reasonably priced and had everything we needed to get set up, unlike some of the bigger companies. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. During the handover today, Hannah was especially kind and kept our little boy occupied so we could fully focus on the demonstration.
We would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again when needed. Thank you all so much!

Excellent Customer Service
Lovely, knowledgeable and informative staff. Richard found me my perfect campervan with an attention to every requirement. Upon collection Alan went through all it's functions with me ,Jane sorted out all the paperwork (she even sorted out the tax). Collection was made stress free and enjoyable by such lovely caring people. If your looking for a Caravan,Camper or Camper Van I Would definitely recommend these guys Thank you team Spinney 👍

Our first caravan …
When we went to look at a used caravan we were guided by James with no sales pressure at all, he advised us , etc which we really appreciated as this is our first one.
On pick up day we had a couple of hours with Dave to run through things with us , top man and extremely helpful as was Connor on the same day
Also the ladies in the shop especially Helen, she has been super helpful with sorting an Awning out for us, all in all , the staff are amazing

Held and delivered to site when ready.
Bought a used caravan earlier this year back in January. I paid the deposit and Spinney were happy to keep the van until such time as I wanted it on site (April). Paid the full amount just to weeks before delivery and then made the delivery arrangements. Ian who delivered the van was excellent. Met us near the location and then followed us to the, slightly awkward to find, site. He dropped the van and helped us setup making sure that all was okay before leaving.
Only very minor issue was that the carpets, which were slightly muddy from viewings of people back in January, had not bee cleaned. We've since done this ourselves as the van is now on site. We were promised that it would be fully cleaned and valeted. This wasn't the case on the inside unfortunately.
That said, we are very happy with the van and the overall service in general.

Spinney Warwick made the buying experience easy. Having spoken to Brian on the phone then going to see the van and buying it. Living a distance away they arranged for Gary to bring it to Spinney Cheshire and do the handover. I cannot fault the service I received and would recommend them to anyone.

To be honest the sales people are not pushy, very helpful if needed and went out of their way to be helpful. The chap behind the accessory counter was so helpful we wouldn’t have had a clue, but he was very knowledgable chatty even gave us a cup of tea

Very positive experience
All the team at Spinney at Queensferry were very helpful, from Steve who dealt with the purchase and all the paperwork smoothly, and Clive whose handover was very helpful and thorough. I was helped with hitching the caravan and I left feeling very satisfied and excited about owning my new Alpine 4.

Exceptional and Reassuring Service
We recently purchased our motorhome from Spinney Motorhomes after doing a lot of research, and choosing our Adria Compact DL Supreme at the Camping & Caravanning Motorhome Show.
As first-time motorhome buyers, it was a big decision and, after placing our deposit, I naturally had a number of questions and needed some reassurance. What started as a slightly slow process quickly turned into a fantastic experience once I was introduced to the Northamptonshire branch and General Manager, Mark Petty.
Mark truly went above and beyond. He was incredibly reassuring, knowledgeable, and approachable throughout. Both he and his team were patient, never pushy, and took the time to guide us through everything properly, which made a huge difference as newcomers.
The handover experience was particularly impressive. I travelled from Kent by train to Northampton, and Mark kindly picked me up personally, took me to their shop for extras (where I even received a 10% discount), and then handed me over to his colleague Colin. The handover itself was thorough, clear, and well-paced — we left feeling confident and excited rather than overwhelmed.
Overall, the service from the Northamptonshire team was excellent from start to finish. A big thank you to Mark and the team — I would highly recommend them to anyone considering buying a motorhome, especially if you’re new to it like we are.
