Such a pleasurable experience
I have just sold my Coachman Laser 665 to Spinney.. Andrew Cooper was very professional, personable, patient and reliable .. he gave me a very fair price, explained the process every step of the way and paid me quickly.. he sent a colleague Ian to pick up the caravan.. he too was a pleasure, very friendly and professional .. I would not hesitate to contact Spinney if I were to buy or sell again.. what a breath of fresh air!

2nd hand Motorhome purchase
Having recently bought a 2nd hand Motorhome from Staffordshire Spinney I can only praise the service and processes used. It was a pleasure buying which apart from my house was my biggest purchase in life. Barry was our salesperson and handover person and was excellent.

Bailey Adamo 75-4DL purchase from Spinney Silverdale
We recently purchased a motorhome from Spinney Silverdale and received excellent service throughout the entire process.
Barry was outstanding from start to finish. His knowledge of motorhomes was excellent, and he took the time to answer all of our questions, no matter how many we asked! He kept us informed every step of the way with great communication and ensured that our motorhome was prepared and ready on time.
Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and his friendly, professional approach made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.

From the very beginning, all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were left to browse the caravans without any pressure, which we appreciated.

I’ve just sold my touring caravan to…
I’ve just sold my touring caravan to Spinney.
Rob got in touch after finding my advert on auto trader.
We negotiated over email and Rob was genuine and fair with his valuation.
Once the driver Mark arrived, he checked over the caravan and the documents to make sure it was as advertised.
Shortly after, the money we agreed was transferred into my bank.
The whole process by both gentlemen was honest, professional and friendly.
A breath of fresh air in the caravan industry.
Would definitely recommend.

Do not use this company
Do not use this company. Never reply to emails never return calls always in a meeting or off site when you need to speak to certain people.
Warranty work carried out and made a mess of it and had to go back again. Now van is damage and guess what …. It wasn’t us it must’ve been there before we had it. Liars and absolutely incompetent of carrying out work and looking after your pride and joy. Again DO NOT USE
The only people trustworthy at Spinney are Ann Ashton, Ian the delivery guy and Jo Wilson (now left) after many years there I believe

Having considered the matter, we are unable to accept liability for a small dent, approximately the size of a pen tip, on a caravan that has been in your ownership for over two years. Given the length of time that has elapsed since purchase, we are unable to determine when or how the damage occurred.

Very chaotic and excessiveivly long…
Very chaotic and excessiveivly long handover nobody seemed to know what was happening. Took over 6 hours with us kept waiting without any explanation from the staff. Having now got our caravan we have warranty issues that Spinneys are interested in sorting out. They always say “we’ll call you back” we are still waiting after several phone calls.

Really enjoyed our experience with Spinney Cheshire. We saw a motorhome we liked at a different branch. John arranged to bring across for us to view, went through the necessary details and 2 weeks later we were part exchanging our campervan and driving away in our new motorhome.
