Excellent website and customer service. However, they have changed the make of T shirt which they offer. Unfortunately, these are now poor quality or shapeless and I won't be able to buy from them again

Ordering and delivery good
Ordering and delivery good. There's a strange line across the T Shirt though. I've emailed customer service but not heard back yet.
Just heard back from company. They've offered me a new Tshirt or credit. I'm happy with that.

Logo too small.
The logo I had printed on the hats was a lot smaller than the mock up image suggested. I was happy with the size in the image, but not happy with the actual size

Customer experience very positive
I purchased two T-shirts and the delivery time took longer than expected and also the size is too large. I've received immediately the support from the team and they refunded my purchase. On this occasion, though I didn't have the t-shirt I am pleased for the customer experience!

Incorrectly printed, several errors…
Print on the item received was appalling with several spelling mistakes, including the name of the gift recipient which was embarrassing, despite the original uploaded being correct. Obviously done by a digital machine that cannot read English. Then when I complained the response was prompt but I was told my item could not be reprinted correctly but was offered a credit or refund. I paid £23.49 plus £7.99 postage (which took a week) but have only been refunded £16.39!!?!!!

horrible esperience. No mobile or street number indicated on my pack
horrible esperience. I paid for premium shipping service that instead of 5 days required 15.
They do not insert my address number a/o the mobile or email notes so the forwarder was not able to contact me and deliver the pack.
they are working really bad.
