Great experience with customer service
It's great experience with online customer service Violet S who helped me with the check out issue. Because federal return file fee should be waived as University has contract with Sprintax. Although it was upset at the beginning, we finally waived the fees successfully.

I had an excellent experience with Mark Valentine from the Sprintax IIE support team. I am a Fulbright IIE participant currently studying in the United States, and I encountered a login problem with my Sprintax Calculus account due to a two-factor authentication (2FA) issue. Mark was very kind and nice in his communication and responded to my request within just a few hours. He immediately sent a reset link so that I could restore access to my account. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected personal emergency, I was unable to use the link before it expired. When I wrote again to explain the situation, Mark was very understanding and kindly sent another reset link without any hesitation. What I especially appreciated was that he replied to my second request on a Saturday, which showed real dedication to helping users. Thanks to his help, I was able to regain access to my account and complete the Sprintax process without difficulty. I truly appreciate Mark’s professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help. I am very grateful for the support he provided.
