They are quick to get back to you, answer any questions and help with the application process. Availability is important in the insurance industry, and they are one of the easiest to get a hold of. I only wish more of their products were available in Florida.

Commissions were incorrectly paid to the Agent's former employer. Upon the Agent contacting commissions department he was told that it was up to him to get the error fixed. The Agent got his IMO involved and finally the error was corrected. The contracts were also issued with another Agent's name. New annuity contracts were eventually issued.

Sentinel Security is a great company. Unfortunately, I live and sell in a state where over 50% of people now choose cremation. And, the National Funeral Directors Association projects that to increase to over 90% by 2020.

At the same time, a price war with mortuaries is taking place.

I non-renewed my license the first of the year because the pressure to buy more final expense coverage has disappeared.

Sentinel has been very good and has filled a valuable place in my business offerings. Customer service has been very good and business flows well.

When we do a graded level 111 life policy they should not have to do a phone interview. We as agent already know they need a level three.

The fixed product is great and I have been very pleased anytime I have needed to talk with someone....
