Confusing Survey
I'm contracted, but don't sell it because it doesn't compare to other company's products. So my score of 1 as Bad is not because of bad experiences or services, just that the rates are not competitive. If I'm in a household and they tell me they have a Sentinel Medicare Supplement, I know I can improve their situation if they can answer the medical questions.

sentinel security rate adjustments
the rate adjustments are way too high for being able to keep business intact . The agent contracting also is behind as all other companies will give residuals after 7 years and some even go for the life of the contract.

by sneaking extra surrender charges on your annuties without any training or proper disclosure you have broken my trust.if you were in securities you would be in jail.i used to think you were an honest company, but no longer.

My Opinion
During my experience the site did not flow. You would complete a section and it would not populate and let you move on. I can't even remember how many times I had to call in and get assistance. It would also be so much more convenient to be able to use it as well on my iPad.
