SHS Balustrades and Handrails Avis

This is the second time I have used SHS for balustrades but the first time without a builder specifying the requirements. The whole process and experience was very good, with guidance and queries from SHS staff where I needed to explain my plan. Overall, highly recommended.

Would 100% recommend this company Luke and the team could not have been more helpful and now our garden looks amazing! Very happy thank you!

Quick response with a call back the very next day & very fast service within 4 days my order was placed. Excellent service & very helpful staff Matthew Leese in Sales & With the CAD draftsman Samuel Brenchley. Well done

I would highly recommend SHS Balustrades to anyone considering purchasing balustrades, their service is second to none. From the outset, they provide assistance and guidance and all drawing, so bear this in mind when even contemplating costs against service, this is a huge factor and you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic service from the team going from concept through design to fabrication and delivery

Post delivery support from Beverly and the team really appreciated to double check items

Well done team

Excellent quality product. Great advice on measuring & installation. The ordering process was easy and the delivery was as promised. The system was easy to install. Great customer service thanks!

Fantastic service from initial enquiry to sales. Superbly packaged so all components arrived in pristine condition. The adjustment on the pole feet made it so easy to set up during installation

Thanks again for all the help and support, working with you all at SHS has been awesome. Lots of help and advice with the design then we got a telephone call from the delivery driver because he was worried he was arriving too early in the morning! Great service and then follow up help too during installation.
Had an Elegance Balustrade system to a balcony on a new bedroom extension, it’s a really good quality finish and was easy to install. Fantastic installation demonstration videos on the website were easy to access and use.
So pleased with the finished article, it makes us smile every morning, no balustrade getting in the way of our view whilst we have a cup of tea in bed!

Fitted my professional system balustrade 23-3-21
And all was completed without any major problems.
From the beginning SHS have been very obliging
And very prompt in replying to first my enquiry and
And the detailing what I required . Can highly recommend from the experience I have had with them

Communications between myself and company prompt and courteous. Once dimensions established, goods delivered promptly. Screens were easy to fix to counter area; good feedback from customers and staff alike.
Just waiting for follow up communication as to whether company can provide additional support brackets for screens.

Lovely product. We have a no rail infinity on our wooden deck. Pleased with the survey and fitting service too.

Yet another excellent job by SHS balustrades. We had a balustrade done by them 4 years ago in front of our organgery which we were very pleased with, but on the front of the house there was a wrought iron balustrade which needed painting having been up around 30 years. We felt it was time to upgrade it to match the one by the orangery and it was done today. We are delighted, the fitter arrived nice and early was very tidy and a really nice guy. He has done an excellent job and we would recommend him and SHS highly.

Having just completed erecting a 'safety railing' in our garden using your Tension Wire System my wife and I would like to commend and thank you for both the superb quality of your product and the ease of working with your company during the purchasing process. Being our first experience with both your company and with this product we were concerned that the product would be what we needed and that we would be able to do a self-build. We needn't have had any worries. We couldn't have asked for better quality, for a better purchasing process, for better packaging and delivery, or for better thought out and ease of construction. We can wholeheartedly recommend you and your product to any non-professional client such as ourselves.

I had a tricky requirement to complete the balustrade for the stair in my new build. SHS helped me with the design solution, they were flexible with their approach and nothing was too much trouble, reworking drawings a number of times. The kit when it arrived was as described, good quality, well packed and labelled. I ordered the steel first and then templated the glass in plywood and sent up to them, all straightforward. The glass was spot on when it arrived. I couldn't recommend SHS highly enough.

The whole process of ordering, receiving and installing the ballustrade was simple to deal with and everyone I spoke to was both courteous and professional.

The folks at Aldridge were easy to converse with and of a cheery disposition which made for a good working relationship and I was communicated to along the way and the day of fitting came much quicker than planned so that was a nice bonus.

Charl arrived on time and proceeded to install the ballustrade taking his time and ensuring we were happy all through the process, we made a slight change of a few centimetres to exactly where it was fitted which Charl was happy to oblige and agreed with our thinking as well.

Great experience and a superb product, thank you all.

Prompt, efficient and excellent communication from Claire and Bev
