China.
We found their advertising online on IG and thought we liked the sexual prints tshirt so we ordered. A week passed by, there’s nothing to notified us so we emailed them to cancel this order because it won’t arrive on time. No one responded us back so we called out credit card to dispute the order. 4 weeks passed by we received the items and oh boy the print was terrible and the fabric was bad. It smells so bad! and realized that this company is a DROP SHOPPING from
China! So we emailed them to return and they
Sent us address to return to their warehouse in China on my own cost and below is their return address

Be aware of this site an I’ll keep posting more to help all understand the scammers.

Made and order 2nd of feb. Received confirmation. However now 25th of Feb item still has not been dispatched. Emailed and got told to wait 8 more days. Did still nothing, now no reply. Asked for refund. No reply! Con!!!

I ordered underwear in size XXL

I ordered underwear in size XXL, but received an item that was clearly not the correct size. To make matters worse, the product arrived without any tags, making it impossible to verify the size.
When I contacted customer service, they refused to take responsibility and claimed the warehouse shipped the correct size. Their solution was for me to repurchase the same item in another size just to compare, which is unreasonable. On top of that, the return shipping fee is extremely expensive, so returning the item isn’t a practical option.
Overall, poor quality control and even worse customer service. I would not recommend this company unless you’re willing to risk receiving the wrong item and being stuck with it.

Ordered panties that “jumped”

Ordered panties that “jumped”; but didn’t get the jump part; was told there was small print for a separate order that added the jump part. Deceptive advertising at best with no recourse to actually get what a I ordered.

What a crap company. 50p underwear for £25! Avoid at all costs. Wish I could meet the people who run this debacle of a online business. Bunch of scammers. Set fire to your money rather than giving to these idiots!

A very shitty company nothing but scam shit. The delivery never comes even after 3 months . Always says in transit but. Never moves you watch the days go by and no movement in transit highly recomend to aviod this shitty website.irate customer

SCAM SCAM SCAM, avoid!
Ordered a necklace with a small message in a shitty card box and only the box and message arrived.
They tried to tell me I only ordered a box!
After sending my confirmation email and a photo of what arrived they have ghosted me!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
I purchased the sex education shirt as a gift however when it arrived the quality is horrendous - the material is exceptionally cheap, the print is poor quality and the sewing is really bad.
I contacted them the day it had arrived to request a refund as I was not happy about this and I kept being told that it would cost me more for the return postage than the product was worth (which made me think they knew it was poorly made) and that they would offer me a 15% refund and 10% discount on my next offer. Have been back and forth trying to to get my money back only to be constantly told that their return postage label isn’t working and they would contact me when it was. The latest I received from them was an offer of a 25% partial refund and a 25% discount on my next order, as though I’d want to order from them again?!

I contacted my card issuer to raise a dispute, providing all the evidence I have showing how I’m trying to obtain a refund due to the product being faulty and that Starry Walker are not giving me one and my card issuer has sorted it thankfully, however Starry Walker have just issued this email to me;
“ Jennifer Kelly purchased a Sex Education Fun Golf Polo Shirt from our company using her SHOPLINE Payments credit card on November 11, 2025. We shipped the product on November 12, 2025, and it was delivered to the customer's provided address on November 22, 2025. The product received by the customer is as shown in the provided product images and is consistent with the product description in our store. Therefore, the claim that the order item is not as described is incorrect, and the order has been delivered, as shown in the provided tracking document. The customer's shipping address is: XXXXXX. The delivery was also within the shipping timeframe of our shipping policy.
Regarding our store's refund policy, as shown in the provided refund policy:
The product has been used, and used products do not qualify for our refund policy.
Products participating in discounts and discounted products do not qualify for our refund policy.
The order has exceeded our refund period and is not eligible for a refund.
The product is consistent with the description.
I believe the customer intentionally initiated a dispute to avoid paying for the order and to fraudulently obtain our product. Please investigate and handle this matter seriously.”

So now I’m apparently the one being fraudulent, despite the fact I have a faulty item I can prove is faulty, plenty of emails showing I have tried to resolve the issue and they have deliberately failed to resolve at every opportunity. Im appalled by the fact they are also claiming I have used the product! They are the ones fraudulently charging well over the odds for poor quality products that aren’t worth £5, let alone the £30 I paid.

Avoid this company at all costs, they are thieves.

Won’t honour refund as stated on website. Shocking quality

Ordered a golf tee for husband for roughly 70 NZD. When it arrived it was practically plastic and quality of a 8 dollar shirt from Temu or the likes. The sizing was also completely off. When requesting a refund through website, the costumer service said it would cost too much, so to keep the shirt and they will give me a 20% refund/credit. Their website states their refund policy, and process. That they will send a return label and refund within 30 days no questions asked. I’m still emailing back and forth with them to try and have them honour refund. Their response keeps being ‘shipping is too expensive’ - not my problem… don’t offer this service for risk free online shopping if you havnt factored this in to your business plan. Stay away… horrible company!
