We were very satisfied with the help we received from Star Visa Services. The application form is very detailed and whilst not impossible to fill in oneself it is more comforting to have this assistance with the knowledge that when taking to visa department, you know it has been done correctly.
The Star Visa office is nowhere near the visa office so it is important not to make any mistakes on the form .
I will say again that the people in Star Service office could not have been more helpful .

Got my passport in time which is what…
Got my passport in time which is what matters however their website is rather misleading.
I had just under 2 weeks to get a new passport so went for the one week renewal service only to discover this isn't really one week but depends on when they can get an appointment and when HM Passport office send out the passport which could easily make it 2 weeks. So I have to change and go for the 1 day turn around.
