Bought the Tabi flats and they fit perfectly and look so good on. They are my favourite new purchase. Will order in another colour as I love them so much.

They have an extremely short return window of 14 days which they don't inform you of, don't offer a simple returns mechanism therefore making a return difficult. Customer service is terse and unh... Voir plus
The three stars are for the actual trainers which are lovely I bought 2 pairs as read reviews and says sizing was not usual I then sent one pair back and still waiting on a refund 3 weeks later ev... Voir plus

I ordered my wedding shoes which were delivered by Evri and apparently signed for at my address. The photo provided was of a completely different house which I do not recognise and customer service told me their deliver standards had been followed and the parcel was delivered to me. I have provided ring doorbell footage of the Evri driver walking off with my package along with evidence that the photo provided doesn’t match my door or inside my home and customer service have effectively told me tough luck. I explained their response was unhelpful and in return was told if I continued to use inappropriate language the chat would be closed, despite me being polite in every interaction. I’m now £140 down with no wedding shoes and would not recommend purchasing from here. Customer service is awful!

I ordered some shoes which have never been delivered. The tracking number on Evri isn’t recognised so I haven’t been able to track my order or receive any delivery updates from Evri. SM are claiming my shoes have been delivered. They haven’t. Their customer service is rude and dismissive and they have refused to help further. I’m now over £100 out of pocket and I have just gone around in circles with customer service who have now closed the case!

Trainers are fab. and as expected. No issues so didn’t need to contact customer service.
Took about a week to arrive which is not quick if you need for an occasion but did get emails.

Very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a pair of shoes, but the package never arrived. I contacted customer service multiple times and even requested an address change, but nothing was done.
The lack of communication and support is unacceptable, and I was also refused a refund. I expected much better service.
I would not recommend based on this experience.

I wasn’t fully satisfied with the quality and sizing of the Steve Madden shoes, so I decided to return them. However, I have to say they looked great in person—just like in the pictures.
The return process was very easy and completely hassle-free. Based on my experience, you can confidently order from this company—if you’re happy with the item, keep it and enjoy it; if not, returning it is straightforward as long as it’s within the policy.
Overall, the company operates very well, and there are no issues with returns when everything is done according to their guidelines.
I have just received my second pair of shoes on Steve Madden. They arrive quickly and they fit well. They’re always very comfortable and the quality is good. In fact, I have several pairs of Louboutin shoes, but order Steve Madden because they look good and are far more comfortable.
I purchased a pair white lace trainers in the sale. They look great & great price, so this prompted me to purchase a different pair of sale trainers. However, the after care was pretty shoddy. I returned my item, kept my receipts ( glad I did because they pretended that the item wasn't returned) it took me 4 emails if not more to chase my refund. I only received it last week from a purchase made 02 Feb 26. Shocking company. I will never buy from them again.
Customer Service is a disgrace. Do not help there Customer with a delivery that has been incorectly delivered and zero notification! No understanding, no help, their delivery contract is with EVRI and should protect the consumer but no !!!
Then close the enquiry that is not satisfactory completed and ask for customer service feedback, also have the cheek to send a review like this asking am I happy with my purchase.
Currently out of pocket without my purchase through no fault of my own.

ZERO understanding
I have never been unsatisfied buying from SM. 10/10
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I used to enjoy Steve Madden shoes, however recently I ordered some boots (2 pairs) even though I got the correct size, they were both too big. Off I go to return. Evri picks up on a certain date. Great because it is a big parcel. Print the label and then several days before pick up, Evri change the day with no notice and then when I’m not home, change me return to “customer no longer requires”. I did another return label, same thing. Then I do another and they don’t show up. FIVE TIMES THIS HAPPENS. Customer services couldn’t have cared less, infact they were so gracious, they told me “ as a gesture of good will, they’d extend my return period”. As a gesture of goodwill?!!! I’ve wasted five entire days of my life waiting for the courier to not turn up. I stated I wanted to make a formal complaint and got told “no point as outcome will be the same”. I will never for as long as I live buy another paid of Steve Madden shoes. Absolute hoax.

Also shoe sizes are extremely narrow and small. I'm a 7, ordered an 8, and think they were a 5.5 at best. Ill fitting shoes not as described.
Parcel not received, cited consumer rights act. Radio silence.
Shocking customer service and they try to blame the consumer at every turn. Instigated a chargeback via my credit card company. If you want their shoes I'd recommend buying via a different retailer.
Exactly what I was looking for at a good price. Delivery time was good but 1st delivery service courier didnt deliver on specified date 2 days later.
