Exactly what I was looking for at a good price. Delivery time was good but 1st delivery service courier didnt deliver on specified date 2 days later.

Great shoes at a great price. Really nice item and speedily delivered.

AVOID *** shocking customer service *** order 2 pairs of shoes despatched via EVRI to a post office. surprise surprise EVRI failed on delivery then after chasing daily for a week they lost my parcel (not sure how you can lose a parcel which contains 2 pairs of shoes its not like they can fall through a gap). Steve madden customer service was no help what so ever and just kept advising to wait alittle longer. once EVRI confirmed they had "lost" my parcel I was then told by Steve Madden that I had to wait a further couple of days just in case they turn up. I did request that they send me a replacement out but still nothing. a couple of days later I asked again if a replacement could now be sent out to which I was told that i had to draft a letter, sign it and return back to them to confirm I hadnt received my parcel (never have I had to do this and clearly EVRI's website states they have not delivered my parcel) but I did as requested and then asked again could a replacement be sent out urgently. I was then told they cannot send out replacements and my money would be returned. This is not what i wanted as i wanted the shoes that i ordered. poor poor poor customer service who do not care less and never again will I order another pair of Steve Madden shoes.

Shoes arrived quickly but to big returned item over a week later they have still not been checked into warehouse although tracking states they received shoes 8 days ago

Love my trainers. I was so glad the recommendation was 'Size Up'. Which it did. Yay. They are so sparkly and just beautiful. Delighted with them. 👌❤️‍🔥

I bought 2 pairs as read reviews and says sizing was not usual
I then sent one pair back and still waiting on a refund 3 weeks later even though I followed all the correct procedure
Customer services helpful but their hand are tied as the returns process is appalling

I ordered some toe sandals around 6pm and they arrived the next day - in time for my holiday. Item is as described but the colour does run a little. I also liked that the website recommended that I size down and this was spot on!

Sizing is ridiculously small. I bought diamanté sandals and there was just so much excess glue and they were £150. I’ve previously tried to order a different style and for some reason stock isn’t linked to the website. It took over 2 weeks for them to update the website to show they were out of stock. Customer service don’t read properly. Overall shambles.

These trainers are perfect...very light weight and comfortable..soles not too wide or heavy..I am delighted

I ordered a pair of shoes over a month ago and got sent a size 7.5 when they should have been a 5. I returned them and despite numerous emails have still not received a refund. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this firm as shocking customer service. They actually offered a small refund and asked if I wanted to keep the shoes… Of course not what do they think I’m going to do with them. Still waiting on refund as I type this.

I have literally never written a review for anything in my life, but this experience was so bad that I have to. I first ordered a pair of Hadley brown suede shoes on their website. The order was cancelled for a reason unknown even when I emailed them asking why? I never got a response so I ordered them again this time the order went through but I had put the wrong shipping address in as soon as I realise the shipping address was wrong. I emailed them asking if I could either cancel the order or change the address I emailed about five times when they finally responded. They told me that it was too late even though I had just put the order through, so I had to get a courier to pick up the package and ship it to my current address. I was so happy when they arrived until I opened the box to find that they had shipped me the completely wrong colour. I went through the return process and went back to the website to order them fourth time lucky they now don’t have my size in the colour that I want terrible terrible terrible terrible customer service never order from this company I’m so upset.

Overall the service is poor. Sizing is continually incorrect, description and pictures of the items for sale (in my instance shoes/boots only) are misleading and not accurate (the pattern on boots i ordered should have been black stitching as shown in the pics but turned out to be white stitching, making them a totally different boot) so have been returned. The returns service slow, clunky and painful being i needed to supply a copy of my invoice with the return which isn't physically supplied with the delivery meaning having to find someone to print the electronic version received by email. Vast improvements all round required...i won't be shopping with Steve Madden anytime soon again.

I’ve bought many shoes from this company and have always been pleased with delivery and quality. This week I received the wrong shoes and no response to my email. I’m going to give them the benefit of doubt and have arranged to return the wrong pair, whilst reordering in the hope of receiving the right pair. It means I’ve had to pay out twice but I should get my refund. Here’s hoping!!! Badly let down.

The second pair of shoes turned, yet again the wrong pair. I’m very disappointed. I have now had to return both pairs of shoes and wait for both refunds. I only hope the refund is issued quickly and that I don’t have to claim through the bank. There is obviously something very wrong with this company.

Faulty, incorrect item delivered- broken boots did not match the picture. The only positives were the quick response by customer services and the quick delivery- no resolution offered that I couldn’t have gotten if I returned the boots myself. Had to rebuy boots that weren’t broken and still waiting for refund weeks later…!

If you need to return something, they will make you beg.

My order number and email address took me to a site that was not working. I then contacted steve madden who told me they couldnt help and sent me back the link that didnt work. After many many emails sent, they finally sent me a link to get a return label.

Then came the issue of the packing slip. Again, they sent me to the website of which is confusing because i contacted them as i couldnt get any of the documents i needed to return the product in the first place.

You have 14 days to return a product. You will spend over 14 days trying to get to a point where you can actually return it.

For your mental health, steer clear or go to a reseller of these products. Their customer service really needs a review.

Avoid, they are scammers. My shoes never arrived, despite multiple requests for a refund, they won't issue it without me signing a legal statement. This is not a requirement in the UK for refunds. I've had to go via my bank to get my money back.

I will never purchase from this company again.

Lovely boots but too small , very difficult to print a return label through Evri , customer service are very unhelpful, still awaiting refund 3 weeks after return 🙄

I love my shoes. Looks more beautiful than the pictures
