Orders are not shipped the same day at all. Keep this is mind if you are looking for Christmas presents. No idea when my order will be shipped.

I always have great experiences with Steve Madden. Super efficient delivery and always the correct size. Shoes are very comfortable and the offer for black friday was great! I highly recommend

I'm surprised by the reviews. I have at least 10 pairs of shoes from Steve Madden and they're all my favourite - they are well tailored, sturdy, comfortable, and have lasted me years. They are also always stylish and I love the feminine shape they have. I've always bought them in Australia or via ASOS so I recently bought boots in England and was a bit nervous. But they came after 2 days to Leeds. As usual, the boots fit perfectly and were comfy considering the heel was high. I have zero complaints about this brand but I can understand that other people have had a different experience. One thing I will say is that I do have "petite feet" i.e., UK3/AU5 and they are narrow and flat so maybe that's why they suit so well.

I am absolutely thrilled with the boots just bought! They fit perfectly,are incredibly soft and confortable and the sexy style gives me a huge confidence boost.
I highly recommend this company.

Don’t touch this company. Nice boots but terrible service, returns policy and customer services. I’m stuck with boots that are the wrong size!

Ordered trainers, they took longer than the expected delivery time to arrive, on arrival they wernt what I expected & looked cheap, also really small fittings. Usually a 5-6 but 6 was too small. Returned them on the 18th November & still waiting for a refund. Awaiting a reply from customer services!

I bought trainers for my daughter for Christmas, she is a size 3 however I was informed by a friend the Steve Madden trainers were small made, I wanted to exchange for a larger size however found out they only have a 2 week return policy, which us absolutely ridiculous as most shops extend thrir returns at Christmas and don't do exchanges! £60 wasted, i won't be purchasing from this company again.

I ordered boots advertised with next-day dispatch because I needed them for an event. When they still hadn’t been sent, I contacted the company last week to cancel as the date I needed them had already passed. I was told I would receive either a refund confirmation or shipping confirmation “shortly,” yet a week after ordering, nothing has happened.

I’m now stuck with no boots, no refund, and no communication. Very disappointed :(

I ordered some shoes in the Black Friday sale at a 50% discount. They never arrived. I received no notification so I kept trying to track where they were. Finally I noticed the money back in my account. I wrote to them and they said they weren't in stock. They never told me or gave me a chance to get another pair in the sale - all prices are not back to normal levels and they didn't even offer a voucher to compensate. I will never shop with them again.

I would not be giving this company any stars if possible , I have spent £112 on 2 pairs of shoes , which when dispatched, the proof of delivery from Evri , shows a package in a persons car , no details visible on the package, so there is no proof of delivery, I have contacted both Evri and Steve Madden , impossible to actually speak to anyone , No explanation, then I get a phone call from someone pretending to be Evri customer services , who then tried to obtain my bank details, for a refund , not sure how this fake Evri had got my details. The whole experience has been very traumatic, so at the moment, I have received,
No products
No explanation
No offer of a refund
No customer service from both Steve Madden and Evri
No duty of care for data protection breaches, that have obviously occurred,
And I have lost hard earned money ,spent on Steve Madden products ,that was meant for gifts for my daughter, which I can not afford to replace
I will be contacting the police to investigate these companies,

I ordered a pair of shoes and a matching bag for a xmas party in the black friday sale. I got an email to say that they have cancelled my order as the item was out of stock and that I could repurchase. I looked online today and the items are in stock, however it will now cost me an extra £80.
Poor customer service guys. You must do better if you want to stay in business. I won't be returning

Always have a great experience with Steve madden. Good choice of styles and sizes go up to size 9 for women. Lots of classy, trendy and different styles. Excellent delivery and return process and refund process in my opinion.

The in soles came out within 2 uses so my foot is touching the wooden heel with loads of threads which isn’t right. I asked them to fix it and they said it wasn’t part of their manufacturing rules?! Such poor customer service and unforgivable that they wouldn’t fix them when clearly they’re supposed to be fixed. The shoes are not cheap so really disappointed and won’t be buying from there again

Item was lost in transit and was evident on the couriers website however it took over a month of constant contact from me to Steve Madden to chase down my refund. I was told several times to allow a few more days for the parcel even though the item was deemed lost. I was made to feel it was my fault. The customer service is awful. Not willing to help resolve in anyway

Awful awful awful. Returned the shoes and then had to wait over 2 weeks for a refund. I emailed multiple times and was advised ‘I just had to wait’ will NEVER order again and will be telling everyone I know how bad the service is.

Appalling service. Order should have been shipped in the following day according to their own website and order confirmation email. A full week has passed with no update from their team and after raising the issue, I was told the order is still being processed.

The shoes are very small made. I am normally a size 5 UK but they were tiny. Felt more like a 3. I returned these back using EVRI. Its been ages and still nothing from steve madden. No refund????! Now over £100 out of pocket. I know EVRI are terrible but someone is due me £100 and the service is awful!

I wish I had checked this site before purchasing a Xmas present. Whilst the courier didn’t provide evidence of a delivery but rather a neighbours garden with no parcel, the company have been slow to respond, seem to assume this is somehow my fault and have asked me twice to search neighbours gardens. Poor all round experience and having not received the goods, unable to comment on the quality.

So far not a great experience. Bought some shoes. Didn’t fit me . Went to the drop off shop twice , with the label provided by SM and twice I was told the label is not valid . Emailed SM and they sorted out the issue . Third time was lucky and the parcels has been sent , however now it’s been 10 days since any updates . Not sure what is going on . Looks like lots of people having issues. Would not recommend.
