I appreciated the way in which the manager, Jo, explained how to operate the lift and how to access the Storebox. She was really patient and helpful as I had never used this sort of facility before.
The place was exceptionally clean and tidy, a pleasure to use.

The storage unit was extremely competitively priced, the set up and access was well explained, easy to follow and worked flawlessly.
The unit itself was clean and easy to access. Customer services have been easy to contact and prompt and helpful with their responses. I have been very impressed with the service from beginning to end.

I would definitely recommend and will use them again.

The storage unit was immaculate. I used it to store my furniture whilst my home was being renovated. After 3 months the furniture emerged in pristine.
Site however could do with levelling it was a bit bumpy.
Might be okay for trade vehicle but not ideal for personal vehicle especially if your fussy.

Great rates, clean site, new units and easy access. Site Manager Amanda can’t do enough to help.

We stored our household items at Bishop Auckland Storebox during a house move. We felt assured that everything was safe and secure in our storage unit, access it was no problem, and the staff were very helpful too. Recommended.

I rented a 200 sqft unit from Knaresborough for 2 months to help store house possessions during house renovation. The whole process from beginning to end was very smooth and trouble free. I like the way the site was secured with locked gates and a door with pin code. The ground floor unit with roller door access meant I could back up to the doors and load/unload items. The unit itself was very clean and locked with my own padlock. Staff responded quickly to any questions I had.

Used Storebox (Stockton branch in Eaglescliffe) for a couple of months during a house move. Much cheaper than competitors and couldn't fault the facilities. 10/10

I have to say Teresa was extremely helpful nothing was too much trouble and always at the end of the phone for advice if we had any questions.
The premises are spotless and very secure.
