I booked the storebox facility in Middlesbrough so easy to book staff where brilliant no problems at all

Secure and easy access, had the unit for 3 years plus, good price and size for what I needed.
Helpful customer service whenever contacted, had a great experience with Storebox and would definitely use again.

Needed some additional storage capacity in Northallerton (we already have a unit) and spoke to manager, John, over the phone. He was super helpful. Arranged a booking in a flash, no drama, no hassle, great service.

Paul at Topcliffe Storebox has been great. The unit has been perfect for what we needed it for. Its always kept clean and is easy to access.

I rent 2 units in Bridlington and Teresa the manager is always helpful and very understanding. I wouldnt go anywhere else. The price, having looked around at other storage sites is fair as the units are clean and the overall site is spot on. Thank you.

Clean, tidy, well run premises. Secure but with easy access, my unit has proved invaluable for short term storage. I have used this facility for about four years.

Storebox on the Drum Industrial Estate in Chester-le-Street have provided my storage container pretty much from the day I needed it. Great communication snd the personal friendly approach that made me feel I was in good hands.
Different options and storage areas to choose from that mixes students suitcases to contractors tools and in my case a lifetime of random stuff I may never use again but wont through it out🤣
Amanda is the face you are likely to meet on site and although always professional she is a genuine people person with a great sense of humour.
Well done all concerned, definitely my life line when I needed it.

Storebox in Chester-le-Street is my local storage provider and I've been using their lockups for a couple of years. The facility is always very clean and well maintained, there's a wide range of unit sizes to choose from and if your unit is upstairs there's a monster lift that makes moving simple. There's always a couple of heavy duty hand carts available to get heavy items in and out. Amanda who runs the facility is great - very friendly and professional and I highly recommend Storebox.

John at Northallerton was great at helping me sort my life out. Great value, can't fault the company.

Amanda is always so helpful and reliable. Nothing but a good experience - nothing is too much trouble.

Storebox is absolutely brilliant, Nicholas and Amanda were really helpful every step of the way. Booking was easy and the storage unit was both clean and very reasonably priced. Would absolutely use again, and recommend to anyone looking for storage options in County Durham!

Had a really great experience with Storebox Self Storage in Northallerton. Great facilities that are very secure and excellent service from John the general manager - he was extremely helpful, giving lots of advice to help me determine what would be the best storage solution for me.

I already moved all my belongings out from the site. But the subscription seems still going on and cost me 120 pound each month WITHOUT ANY MESSAGE NOTICE. I have called and sent email to address the issue. But no solution
